Yes they do. It's obvious at this point.

And how do they think that if they push this far enough and long enough it isn't going to lead to some Turner Diaries style Day of The Rope?

You either have civilization or you have anarchy, you can't have it both ways.

The lack of basic common sense and logic with a huge number of people these days is astounding.

So, do they just want blacks to literally be above the law?

Yes they do. It's obvious at this point.

I'm fucking sick of 2020 and more racist than I was in 2019 by a large fucking margin.

No, no, they just want Whitey Q. Racistnazi to be seen as less by the law slillies. It's perfectly normal, don't question it.

There would be a federal crackdown on anyone to the Right of Fidel Castro before a Turner Diaries-esque uprising could even get organized. Change my mind.

Not unless anarchy progresses to the point that there isn't much of a federal government.

Everywhere that there is even partial anarchy (basically Portland and Seattle) are places where the local government literally allowed it. Nobody is starting any Turner Diaries shit over something that isn't coming to their own hometown. And with the lessons of Portland and Seattle, most places are going to see about what you saw in Kenosha, i.e. maybe they get caught flat footed by an actual spontaneous riot related to shit that happened in the actual city, but when shit for brains antifa terrorists show up, the National Guard is coming out.

Are black people incapable of following instructions/ listening?
Apparently. This comic is always relevant.

Even in the CHAZ when there were Jewish commissars leading groups of Blacks from apartment to apartment there still wasn't a Turner Diaries style Day of the Rope.

This is true and I agree with what's said. Its just wrong in application in America in 2020. If America was a place where the coming riots and protests would be shut down and not allowed to fester and ferment you'd be right but that's not where America is. If the man does not have a gun in his car the cops will be viewed as murderers here. It doesn't matter that legally its justifiable. The perception and the media push will out weigh the legalese of this situation. Continuing to do things like this is stupid in the current atmosphere.

The cops need a better way to deal with non compliance then shooting people to kill. Yes people should just comply. We already know they won't and are celebrated for it while apologetics for their actions are written. Continuing to shoot to kill when we know the pattern of what happens next is dumb and the police are partly culpable in engaging in this retarded cycle. I do not know the solution but there needs to be a better way. This rioting bullshit needs to stop.

All of that is irrelevant.
It doesnt matter if the dude had a firearm or a nuclear fucking bomb in the car now. The narative momentum is already in full swing.

Also, god what a stupid nigger. Why the fuck didn't you just put your hands up?!

When I say Turner Diaries I didn't just mean people taking the laws into their own hands, but also the Government becoming the actual fascist, white supremacist state that they accuse it of being, because everything is cause and effect, if you push anarchy far enough there's going to come a point where survival instinct will kick in and the crackdown won't be pretty.

They do, tasers and beanbag rounds from shotguns and bigger ones from 40mm launchers. The taser was used here and didn't work and beanbags rounds are situational and not all cops have immediate access to them. The last time this jogger with a death wish blatantly disregarded commands after the police were called for him pointing a gun at someone they just sicced a K9 on him. In hindsight it could've been done better and ideally I'd have liked them to just batter him into submission with multiple 12 gauge and 40mm beanbag rounds but they had to work with the scenario they had and I don't blame them for shooting someone who had a violent criminal history, an active warrant and was blatantly non compliant and reaching into a space where he actually did stash a gun during one of his prior police encounters.

If there were kids in the car it was obviously better to shoot the criminal before he got back there because otherwise he would not only be shooting at them if he had a gun, he'd be doing it from a car full of kids.
