Ralph is 100% certain to be that dumb though he thought removing all his blackmail material on Akira would someone then keep him in line, its not even really a question of would he try something like this and think it would work. I thought this too; it was some funny shit, but a lazy job. Something that was done very hurriedly. If it was a master hacker trying to get some lulz they would've added way more stuff, changed everything. They didn't even change the ToS. It's like someone with little experience got in and messed around just enough to fuck up the site but got out as quick as they could. Seems 'amateurish' to me.

Now that doesn't rule out some novice sperg pulling something like this off, but it does make me more suspicious of Ralph.

I would have agreed, but the burning question is why include real usernames of farms users as "customers". I can't see a rationale for doing that, it adds a layer of dimension to the hack that serves little purpose, if it was a shot at trying to pit Mr. Vickers against the farm, you'd imagine it would have been a more universal tag; something like "The Farms sends their mean regards" or something super gay like that.

There's something to be said for changing this. IIRC rocklincoinshop.net was also a Wordpress site. If I'm right and it was hacked by someone who knew a password for one Ariana's account from a data breach they'd have to use the admin page to access the site. If they can't find the admin page, that's a lot harder.

Here's what I'd do

1) Have only one admin account
2) Make the password a cryptographically secure string
3) Move sensitive URLs to cryptographically secure strings too
4) Make sure WordPress is patched
5) Set it up to log IP addresses of failed logins

You can make cryptographically secure strings like this on a Unix like OS, or on Cygwin on Windows.
