How is this the fault of black people? I watched the video of the car dealership being trashed, apart from the immorality of the act it looked like a lot of fun.

A functional society gives people who are tempted to smash a bunch of stuff up a productive outlet for doing so.

A nonfunctional society creates a scenario in which people who are barely capable of thinking are empowered to act as agents of the system against anyone who would stand against the rulers.

If Bernie became President, cancelled all student debts and handed out free healthcare, the revolution would end. Those have been pain points for decades; not oppression, but real, honest pain points for the middle and working classes. The failure of politics to fix it is what's driving the lurch into extreme options. (Plus some other aspects, but IMO economic issues was the opening wedge that got this mini socialist tantrum rolling, and solving those problems kills a lot of the drive.)

I like smashing things too, which is why I get rotten watermelons and pumpkins, and buy shotgun ammunition. I like killing things, so I got a hunting permit and looked up laws on feral hogs (basically, kill them all). I like taking a sledge hammer to things, which is why I busted up an abandon concrete pad and then threw away the pieces. Funny enough, I'm considered a productive member of society.

I bet if the "destructively inclined and bored", as you call them, smashed pumpkins or cut down dead trees or got permits to demolish abandon buildings, nobody would stop them. Heck, with a little planning, some schmoozing, and maybe some affirmative action magic, they could get a profitable demolition business going.
