Fair point. His forehead (much like the rest of his skin) is wretched, wrinkly and littered with craters. However in the lolly-pop one, not only is his skin still awful but he's nearly bald, exposing the (unsurprising) fact that his scalp is in just as bad condition as the rest of his body. Either way as @TraumaTeam2020 pointed it they are both hideous in their own unique way.
