Or all of the above. Golden said he was really losing it for real this time, and his family called because he said crazy shit or threats to them, too, and Robert Turkroach called them because he'd threatened him, too, and they got wind of his claim of coming to the door armed with a knife when the police knocked, and possibly it was just a combo of reports from multiple sources around the same time that added up to enough to say okay, playtime for loony toons is over.

I could see Tommie sharting his chance to get out after 72 hours with his sperging. It's no mystery the better you act, the better the impression you make. We may never know. If he gets out, there will be no reason to trust his version of events. He'll spin it so he's the hero, a volunteer doc practically, they would have given him a job blah blah.

If he does get out, his pad will surely be in a shocking state. We were watching mice in the background of his livestreams not long ago. G'luck with that Tommie.

Or, that he was a young, handsome doctor's wife for a little while, but the doctor became a rage filled monster after he failed at reversing the damage done to Tooter by his father. They parted ways, and of course the doctor said Tommy was prettier than today's supermodels.
