U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

It's a deliberate overreach by the DA. He wants to appear tough on "crime". He knows this kid won't get 1st. The minute those videos show up of him being chased, molotoved and beaten even before he pulls the trigger the first time he'll walk out of that courtroom completely innocent. Any jury of his peers (ie not a bunch of nignog hoodrats and honestly when was the last time you saw La'travious sitting on a jury) will let him go.

Yeah...he's gonna deny that request, then somehow blame Trump for not sending them down. If protestors want to keep going and find out what happens when they continue to fuck around, that's on them. Wouldn't mind if more Kyles came out and dropped them (in minecraft, of course).

Another glorious day in the JewSA.

Edit:
They literally tried to set this dude on fire, and it's still not self-defense.
Not a lawyer but I think you still get charged with something after an incident and you plead self-defense in court and make your case. Its not as simple as, "Oh you said it was self defense? Okay, you're free to go!" as that would be retarded. They still have to investigate and if they investigate I think they have to go to trial too? Has he been held without bail or is he released?

Edit: Looked it up and I got this: https://www.gddlaw.com/2020/03/17/claiming-self-defense-criminal-case/
So I guess they don't HAVE to charge him? Unless its different because of the state? I have no idea. Either way its open and shut. There is so much internet video proving he attempted to retreat to safety MULTIPLE times that they couldn't get this shit to fly unless they stack the jury. And if they're charging him in the county it happened in, I have a feeling the jury is going to be more than sympathetic to the kid.

Good ol' 5.56mm. Pure kinetic energy.

They realised that most gun fights were taking place at a range of only so many hundreds of metres and that they didn't need a long rifle firing 7.62mm. So cut down on rifle length and bullet size making the guns easier to carry and the ammo lighter as well. The plus was that the thing fired faster so had more kinetic energy, and even if it didn't kill you, it could still make a hell of a mess at close quarters, and since they figured out it was better to wound than to kill (it demoralises and forces the opponent to care for the guy that got wounded) it was a "what's not to like" moment and the new rifle with the new ammo was born. So the story goes. I probably got it wrong and someone will correct me. Basically what the 5.56mm lacks in long range accuracy it more than makes up for in short(er)-range strikes where it was factored that it would be used more often and do just about as much damage (you don't want to get hit by any piece of flying lead if you can help it).

Btw, I can't upload that video I just linked to but I have a copy archived locally. Not sure if it's up anywhere else.

Yeah you're largely correct. And remember, imitation is the best form of flattery, which is why, in 1974, the Soviets created the AK-74, which shoots 5.45 x 39mm, a round that is slightly smaller and faster than the 5.56 round. The AK-74 is a very nice weapon, and its designers were smart in that all they did to make the AK-74 was to modify a proven design (their AK-47) to have an established rifle that could fire the new cartridge. By contrast, when we adopted the 5.56x45mm cartridge, the U.S. was switching to an entirely new rifle platform that had never been tested in battle, and the M-16 platform had a shit-ton of problems for its first decade. (Yeah, I know because we were still using those 'Nam era M-16s when I was an infantryman, and they had a lot of malfunctions if you didn't keep them cleaned, which is kinda hard to do when you're humping a ruck thru Ft. Benning swamps for 5 straight days).

I love my AK-74 and I can still buy 5.45 ammo on the cheap (36.7¢ Cost Per Round); by contrast, good luck finding 5.56 right now.

RIP Kenosha Kyle, the system is gonna try and make an example out of him.

The Governor actually capitualted, per Trump's twitter. Tonight they're getting 2000 Nasty Girls to say hello.

Wait. Did he flee Wisconsin? I thought he turned himself in?

Yeah, he did. But the town involved is RIGHT on the border of Wisconsin, apparently. Maybe they're trying some fuckery and claiming him walking a block down the road meant he crossed a state line?

Edit: Oh, hah. The police didn't stop him? Well, hopefully they have that on video, cause I can see them claiming they didn't.

He tried, but the police just kinda... shooed him on by.

Meaning THAT part of the charge also won't stick.

Wait. Did he flee Wisconsin? I thought he turned himself in?

He left wisconsin to illinois. He turned himself in in Illinois, he is being charged in WI still.

Looks like the rumor he lives/lived in Indiana was wrong.

This is the current understanding as not all the pieces are understood.

Regardless, he has been charged, he is in custody, where we go from here is upto the AG of WI vs. Illinois. Also it's white on white crime and no one cares about that. It'll be memory holed in 30 days or less.

Wait, he left the state? He literally turned himself in. Unless the cops let him go or something, or he didn't end up with the cops.

I believe Nick has pointed out on his show a few times that Self Defense is an active defense, that is, they'll charge you and then you claim self defense to get the charges dropped.

Edit: Wait, wait. This is a fucking op, as pointed out by @draggs. The state of Illinois wouldn't have information on Wisconson.
Pretty much from my understanding of Self Defence. Use it as a defence after they charge you, it's not a "it was self defence," "oh ok, have a nice day". I hope the guy doesn't do time. We have seen enough videos of people in these riots ganging up and wailing on people, knocking them out, putting them in the ICU etc - right to fear for his life imo.

Holy shit, that's something. Now I'm guessing that he hopes it goes out of control and the NG goes live so they can blame it on the orange man. TBH, now that they are there I don't see people fucking around as badly, unless they have been given strict orders not to act.

If arrested and charged you can plea not guilty on the grounds of self-defense, but normally a prosecutor goes nolle prosequi when there's overwhelming evidence that the homicide was committed in self-defense. The fact that he's being charged with 1st degree murder and not something like manslaughter means they're planning to shoah him just like they did Fields in Charlottesville. They wouldn't be charging him with a charge which would obviously not stick in any trial outside of a kangaroo court, but since it's going to be a meme trial it doesn't matter since the fix is already in.

Edit:
The best legal advice anyone could give him is to get the hell out of the JewSA.

What? That makes no sense, why would charges be filed in Illinois when the shooting took place in Wisconsin by a guy from Indiana?

And wtf is this nonsense? "Location of Offense: Antioch, IL"

Edit: it also says he was charged with 1st degree murder in WI, then fled. None of this adds up.

Not that it particularly matters since this country has a meme legal system anyway, but this would clearly be a violation of his sixth amendment rights.

But those were revolutionaries who are allowed to fight the good fight. He was an evil whypypo oppressor and everyone knows the oppressors are required to stand idle while you revolutionary at them.

Seriously though, 1st degree is laughable. Serious overcharge. Archive all those videos you have and hey, if we find out his legal defense team, maybe we could send them over to him.

We know the name of skateboard guy, who else died? Was it shoot-me-niggah red shirt boy? Or did the one armed jackoff die from blood loss?

If this is legitimate, why would some 17 year old punk from Antioch Illinois go all the way to another STATE to get involved in these riots?

My sympathy for Rifle Boy is gone. He was clearly also an outsider looking for trouble, not a citizen protecting his neighborhood/property or protesting against injustice or whatever. Stay the fuck home where you belong.

Just to piss off that DA and others who want that kid jailed, I'm too optmist about it is to see Trump giving him a Presidential pardon!

From what I've seen, there's 2 videos.
The first video shows AR guy being chased by a redshirted protester. The protester throws a Molotov cocktail at either the AR guy, or the business. The AR guy shoots him in the head.

The second video shows the AR guy running from a mob of protesters. They catch him, pushing him to the ground, whereupon he shoots three of them who were engaged with him directly. One of them attempts to pull a gun after pretending to surrender with his hands up. He is shot in response, losing a chunk of his arm.

It seems abundantly clear AR guy was acting entirely in self defense, either protecting himself or his property. No court would convict him, given the evidence in these videos. Supposedly, the shooter, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, was part of a group protecting businesses against the protesters. It's unclear if he was there protecting a specific business he had connections with, or was just there generally. However it is clear he only shot after the protesters used violent force against him, as he was running at the start of both videos, and only shot when he was directly attacked.
Is that really a molotow cocktail? It's hard to tell. But it does seem like the guy was acting in self defense - at least he wasn't acting with malicious intent, he checked up on the guy he shot and got on the phone after all.

His sentencing depends on the judge and the political climate, though. But we've seen similar cases and I think they often ended with it being cleared as self-defense.

Also I feel a lot less bad for Dr. Gunslinger, knowing he feigned surrender before trying to shoot a guy... it really depends, if that greenshirted guy was a shithead who attacked someone for no good reason, putting a cap in his noggin under any circumstances is justified, but it seems that he got attacked, defended himself and then they tried to kill him, so yeah... I would like to know the story before the Masked Avenger and Commando Greenshirt ran to that parking lot, that might clear up what was going on.
