"How's his daughter and girlfriend doing?"
"She's fine."

Judging by the multiple domestic violence charges against him, his girlfriend and daughter and probably doing much better. A serial domestic abuser, looter/rioter, and a terrible father for going out to these protests and putting his life in danger attacking someone.

From what other people on here are saying, yes the feds can bring charges in as well. Right now it's a state case. There are grounds for federal charges.

IANAL (such a funny anacronym) so take any legalese with a grain of salt and I defer to those of you that spent 10 years in school to be hated worse than car salesmen.

Also, news outlets lied about why Space Engineer Blake was being detained anyway due to released dispatch audio. Oopsie Doosies on that lil narrative

So given everything happening, what are the odds that the car he was climbing into was the one he stole the keys to?
The one which, as people have claimed, had kids in it?

What are the odds that our humble jogger was kidnapping?

He shot someone; I think they have to bring him in, even if he'd just injured the guy - shooting someone is shooting someone, self-defense or not.

This, you're 100% going to be charged with something after shooting someone unless you live in a state with castle doctrine and shot them during a home invasion, carjacking, or sexual assault, depending on your local laws

So he didn't flee, and is still in Wisconsin?
There's no "fleeing" to it. He made an attempt to turn himself in to the proper authorities and when they didn't respond he left because there was a pack of feral niggers around, and as indicated by the videos he clearly didn't want to be involved in anymore conflict.

For those who don't want the whole video, the relevant parts of the article:

According to the audio obtained by Madison365, someone called police to report that Blake was at her home and wasn’t supposed to be, and that he had taken her keys and was refusing to give them back. A dispatcher relayed this message to patrol officers at about 5:11 pm Sunday.

Did anyone ever confirm if that car was actually Blake's?

About 30 seconds later, she let patrol officers know that there was “an alert at this address for a 99 for this subject,” apparently to indicate that a warrant had been issued for Blake’s arrest. Court records indicate a warrant was issued on three charges — two misdemeanors and one G-class felony — on July 7. Court records indicate no previous criminal charges in the state of Wisconsin.

About a minute after the initial call, the dispatcher indicated that Blake was leaving the premises, and that the woman who had initially called had hung up.

So much for the noble catfight referee narrative.

You never "shoot to kill." You shoot to stop, to remove the threat. This sometimes results in fatal cantaloupe-sized exit wounds. but what you were trying to do was to send a little leaden message to the bad guy, politely requesting that he desist in his unfriendly behavior.
How does this work with the thought that "'shoot to wound' doesn't exist"?

I'm white now guys.
To be fair to him, most would assume that a statue avatar on Twitter has a white guy behind it.

These people "know" that Southern blacks are absolutely obsessed with genealogy because some middle class ones were 60 years ago, and therefore would know which country their ancestors were taken from. Or has the definition of African-American changed to fresh arrivals, with some fancy new acronym everyone's supposed to know for the descendants of the slaves?
