Ah so he wasn't protecting his property at all. And he fled? Sketchy! The fuck was he doing there?Because Kyle is apparently an Illinois resident. Him returning to the IL side, I guess, constitutes fleeing from justice.

Just for visual aid.
That distance is something I drive on a daily basis just for work.
For rural peeps 20 miles is a casual trip.
It doesn't matter because you can't use deadly force to protect property in WI anywaysAh so he wasn't protecting his property at all.

Trump is sending troops to WI.
And, as per the other threads, since I caught this one within a minute or so, take a look at the massive amount of Bots that constantly spam Trump's tweets with shit in order to create the impression that he's lacking support. These are all within SECONDS of Trump's tweet, and have absolutely nothing to do with what Trump posted. Every single one of his tweets is like this.

Why would Kurt Schlichter hack into Beanie's Twitter?
Given how his area looks like it has literally nothing around it, chances are everyone there goes into Kenosha for their regular shopping trips.View attachment 1549310

What are people supposed to think after the government let people run wild with guns pointed at eachother all night. The cops WILL NOT protect you, its not a matter of have no duty to, we are actively being shown that the government is not going to protect people. The only safety people have in this world is what they can get on their own.
If I understand it, the way that would turn out is there would be a federal charge AND a state charge, right?
Why? It's the same thing that the feds did in Portland and wherever national guard were deployed.Well, looks like Trump just threw away the election.
Correct, you can be charged with both and prosecuted with both separately, FOR THE SAME CRIME., Trump can only pardon the federal chargeIf I understand it, the way that would turn out is there would be a federal charge AND a state charge, right?
The question is, what was he trying to do? If his plan was to protect something, he should have been expecting to use force, including lethal force. If he was unwilling to do that, he shouldn't have gone in the first place. From what I've sussed, nobody was in the right here. The kid shouldn't have been there. LARPing gone bad. The people that got shot shouldn't have fucked with him. It's another "what are you gonna do, stab me?".
There's literally a video of him walking up to the cops after the incident and trying to turn himself in.Ah so he wasn't protecting his property at all. And he fled? Sketchy! The fuck was he doing there?
He shot someone; I think they have to bring him in, even if he'd just injured the guy - shooting someone is shooting someone, self-defense or not.How thoroughly predictable. The man defends himself from murderous thugs and the pigs are right out there looking to hunt him down and lock him up for 400 years or kill him.
A lot of stuff happens before it gets to the circuit court.Maybe I'm just a brainlet, but if he's being charged for a crime in WI wouldn't there be some sort of record for the crime in the WI court database?
