The LARPy libertarian group 'American Wolf' is attempting to get in on Ezra Levant's grift game- they're running a fundraiser for Rittenhouse on some off-brand crowdfunding site and taking at least 20% off the top. Very honest.
If you want to give money to this poor kid's defence, ring up the parents and figure out a good way to do an electronic funds transfer or a money order that can't be used by anyone who steals it in the post.

That's why I put it in quotes, and it's not even evidence of the message they're trying to push. They're being fake news, but it doesn't matter because it's going to work and it's going to at least validate those in support of the peaceful protests.
What pisses me off is the media and everyone involved doing this is going to get away with lying and encouraging this madness. They will get away with pretending every misdeed was done by "the alt right" and then they'll show up after the election saying how nazis did something and the country is in ruins because of orange cheeto, regardless of who wins.

It's fucking nuts.

Trump -can't- invoke the Insurrection Act. It needs to be either A: Invited by the executive branch of the state, or B: Be clearly linked to a case of secession.

Him invoking it would be... well, almost immediately struck down by the supreme court and would likely be ground for Impeachment 2, only this time with republican support.

2016 was when I decided I was done with social media. I logged out about six months before the election and never went back. I also ended up cutting ties with a bunch of people I had previously considered friends after seeing them spew political nonsense. Life is much more calm these days.

Not exactly. People on my Farcebook aren't being swayed by it.
While not exactly celebrating the death of communist sympathizers like their grandparents would, they aren't buying the kool-aid CNN and MSNBC are selling neither.
The fact he's 17 and went up against multiple men in their mid 20s is making them question a lot. And I was only too happy to answer some questions and link videos/info.

Just an observation, but isnt that exactly what the american left was doing a few years prior. encouraging to cut off all contact to people (even friends, family) with wrong opinions so you can happily exist in your politically like-minded bubble? Same shit, slightly different script.
