U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

It's interesting that pedo manlet is first degree reckless homicide but wife beater skatebro is first degree intentional homicide. If anything you think they'd be switched.
Manlet is the only charge that might stick, and was probably put in there (Alongside the most complex description of how its... basically self defense)

it reads to me like everything else was put in to ensure no one could claim its not in, but is deliberetly set up to fail. With the Rosenbaum one put in to detail an actual possible crime and... set up the kid's defense for him.

please may i have some coochie.png

PLEASE may I have some coochie ma'am?

Well, time to earn my puzzle pieces:

That Magic: the Gathering card should have the Vigilance ability, not First Strike. St Kyle was attacked first in every incident, but saw all his attackers coming and kept going without getting "tapped".
To defend it, Defender already means he could not have been the aggressor as Defender cards cannot attack, but he DID get the first shot in against Handy man, so first strike fits.

No joke, the first few times I watched the videos, I thought Kyle was going to wind up being an undercover fed with tons of training. He identified targets perfectly, he didn't burst fire or panic, he didn't scramble or lose situational awareness. The shooting was so clean, he didn't even fire at his attackers while innocents were in danger of getting hit from strays or over-penetration. 6 bullets, no waste.

(Except for that last shot against Lefty, which was awkward and swept near a passing car and 1 guy behind. But he even waited to shoot until he was advanced on.)

It seemed literally too perfect, and only the fact that he's underage keeps me from suspecting a glowie. Whatever "cadet" training he got, should be replicated across the entire US police force. That is the only kind of police reform I'll support now.
It's from growing up with gun culture. Lefties assume that you can just pick up a gun and instantly become John Wick, but when the gun goes off because of poor trigger discipline, learning how to use a gun properly becomes an impossible task and guns just do shit on their own. Meanwhile, people who have grown up with guns have it drilled in from their first pellet gun what to do and, more importantly, what NOT to do with guns. All of the considerations with backdrop and sight picture becomes second nature to the point of instinct.

Manlet seems like the most unreasonable charge to me. McGinnis says he was walking along the street with Rittenhouse when manlet suddenly charged at Rittenhouse and then literally tried to grab his gun, before Rittenhouse had even fired a single round. Skater boi and the one-armed medic at least could be argued to be trying to disarm a 'terrorist' or whatever.

None of this is gonna stick when a proper lawyer puts it in front of a jury. Maybe some kind of recklessness charge at most.

Something to keep in mind when you say its unreasonable. Self-Defense is an AFFIRMATIVE defense. Meaning, if he uses it and he works, he HAS commited the crime (Which, ignoring self defense, applies the best)., but the Self-Defense clause turns it into Justifiable Homicide.

Well, the medic succeeded, at least! Maybe not how he intended, mind.

It's safe to say that this will be a heavily politicized trial, though, and I wouldn't be surprised if they try to draw allusions (stupid allusions) to the dylan roof shooting.

My question is the time frame - how slowly could this process be dragged out? Because when this kid gets off, when there's a slew of cops getting off from shootings (particularly Floyd) because the charges were never going to stick or the officers didn't do anything out of protocol... what then? If that happens before the election, do the rioters just, like, pump up the gas and push it to a point where there -is- a genuine crackdown?

Here I was thinking we'd gotten into the filler arc back when covid 19 started being the news yet again.
