It's extraordinarily hard to aim well when fucked up on adrenaline, your arms basically turn into jello; I don't think he was making an effort to spare lefty, I think he missed a kill shot and got his arm instead. Skater boy made the genius move of grabbing the rifle's barrel and basically pointing it right into his chest, it was an impossible to miss shot. That said, yeah, he could've emptied the magazine into lefty's back as he ran and probably got more hits on him, so he was clearly showing some restraint. But people've been saying he was doing a pro gamer move by just shooting the arm with the gun, and I really doubt that. If he was aiming for the arm of someone just a few feet away with a pistol, he was dumb to try to make a Hollywood shot when his life was on the line.

I did see that, though the word has had it's modern usage since the mid-1800s. Either way the dude claiming "wacism" gloated about blocking the guys he was arguing with and is now taking the post down because he received "negative messages" about it so I guess his fee fees were hurt. Just another day eating popcorn while observing social media.
I try to only ever observe; I will never touch political shit on there with a ten-foot pole. It's been hard and will only get harder the next few months though. I have here for politics

You don't need to be a fighter or have been in fights to have basic human instinct when someone is trying to brain you. Baldy boy has a deathwish. He hates himself and his life. But he's found something he can take his anger out on. It's primeval, primordial. He doesn't understand it himself. He's a slave to his lower reptilian instincts. And he has his quarry. His name is Kyle.
Kyle had a snap decision to make. He waits until the last moment. That is why he misses, just about. God, what would the optics have been like if he'd actually hit Bald boy's head full on in the face, with that 5.56mm (remember the mess it made of the one armed bandit).
0.5 seconds later after this screenshot, baldy boy would be all but dead -
There's enough data and perspective there to measure distances.
Kyle didn't fire until the very last moment he knew he was going to be wailed on by a bigger and more powerful man, height be damned. Our baldy chomo jew wasn't messing about. He wanted to fuck Kyle up.
For all Kyle's training and good drills, he probably hadn't been in that many street fights before, especially with someone much older than him and deranged to boot. Plus, he could not allow that deadly weapon he was carrying to fall in to the wrong hands. If Kyle did not defend himself and neutralise this threat, then it might have been a bigger threat again to the wider community should this bald goon get his hands on some real hardware. Who knows what he would have done.

I get the feeling that the overcharge is meant as both a way to get Kyle to walk and to sorta kinda pacify the mob in the short-term.
I can see this. Unless Kyle foolishly takes some kind of lopsided plea bargain, he's got a good case for acquittal or dropping the most serious charges. The only one I can see sticking is the weapon charge.
On another note, I think the tide is turning more than I thought. Even the ADL thinks this is out of hand, which means it's possible the MSM might change their tune about Kenosha Kyle being some kind of white supremacist terrorist. The bigwigs are not liking this at all, and it's bad optics for every side involved all around.
The Woke Left cultists are in a frezy, BLM is going apeshit in several key battleground states, the Right has a martyr but also increased scrutiny, and the bigwigs are getting scared because they now have two major threats to worry about.
Call me an optimist, but given that the ADL of all people has said Kyle is not a white supremacist or far-right extremist, I think something is up.
