I disagree. If there was any genuine butthurt on Josh's behalf, it was because he genuinely respected Dick and considered him a friend, while also being a fan of his past material, and finally had to face the fact that Dick didn't reciprocate the friendship, or respect, beyond a transactional level. That's a reasonable take if you explain it rather than be intentionally inflammatory like Dax. I certainly wouldn't blame this on "the right," and it was clearly self-defense. However, that wasn't his neighborhood or his / a friend's business. He put himself at unnecessary risk for nothing. The right doesn't need grist for the mill, they need people who do well enough in life to positively move the needle. It would be better for kids like this to become cops and spearhead a push to DO SOMETHING about the riots than march around and be forced into lose-lose situations
