Back to Reddit with you.

I've legitimately never used Reddit, and I take exception to this affront against my dignity.

Speaking of, though, is there still obvious online shilling? One of the best parts about the 2016 election was how transparent they were on places like /dtg/.

I escaped from 4chan 6 months ago and have never looked back.

Being over-confident leads to people not voting. They get so confident they're gonna win that they don't vote because everyone else is clearing voting for their guy, and he's clearly gonna win. That's what I'm talking about.

Trump's campaign might not be getting cocky, but a good chunk of his supporters are, and that's all the Dems need to be able to win. They just need enough Trump supporters to not vote because they're so confident Trump is gonna win they don't have to, and that's all Crying Biden and the DNC needs to tip the scales in their favor.
Thanks, what would we ever do without you telling us to not get cocky. Trump could still lose? Wow, I'm glad we know that now. We would have never figured that out otherwise. Luckily we have you to hold our hands. /sneed

True, Kamala is a piece of shit, but the average American doesn't know that. They just know her as that black lady who ran for president and is Biden's VP. And sadly, that's all that they need to know to vote for Biden. It sucks, but it's just how it is.

That's why I'm telling you guys not to get over-confident, and to just vote. Trump's facing two opponents, and it's a really stupid move to get cocky now after what happened in 2016.
I don't disagree about overconfidence, but I do about Kamala. The average voter probably know a couple of things about her; and they hate her because of it. It's why they had to sneak her in the back door instead of the grand entrance like they were hoping.

Kamala has something that makes her anathema to every voting block. Sure, some will hold their nose, but some will just not show.

She's hated by the more politically active blacks and the far left for her DA history (and rightfully so, because it went way too far), and her insincere pandering is both tasteless and insulting. She's disliked by blue dogs and centrists, because she's flip flopped to now supporting the "protests". Anyone right of center wasn't going to vote for her anyways. If you took a psychic ven diagram showing America's opinion on her, the overlap would read "Multiethnic female jackboot for the corrupt status-quo establishment". She's the Democrats manifesting the Iron Law of Institutions for a VP pick: different DNC factions trying to woo each other rather than the voters.

Trump voters are holding their own rallies in FL. Even in Broward County there was a Veitnamese for Trump demonstration. I'm sure Biden has no where the enthusiasm that Trump has in Florida. Doesn't mean much, but there atleast some hope in what I've been seeing.

If theres a like a historic picture of the White House on fire, I think that will atleast make the average person do a double take and ask who is doing this.
Wouldn't it just cause people to see Trump as a weak, reckless leader who stirs up shit and then can't take it?

Biden supporters aren't even that enthused about voting for Biden at all, but now they're "super-aware" of how they absolutely need to vote early. Mmm-hmm.

Anti-Trump political 'issues" are lucky if they stay in the news cycle for 24 hours before they're shrieking about the next thing. But super-aware Biden voters will supposedly be thinking about the USPS in late October and get reallly motivated. Whatever.
They fade from the news cycle after 24 hours, but the truly TDS afflicted will write them down in the Great Book of Grudges, so they can gish gallop the first "Trumpster" they encounter.

I think your butt just went through a horrible breakup with his girlfriend because ur assmad.

Lol calm down.

I gotta check this through because I'm stupid and can't be sure if there is a difference here...

I am gonna bet on Trump winning over 50% of the popular vote. But there is another bet I can do, which is the 50-55% "popular vote share".

I'm assuming these are both the same thing, just the latter is within a bracket while the former is just as long as it's over 50%. Is this accurate because I am gonna bet on the 50-55% bracket?

I know dumb question just it's my money after all and I don't wanna bet on something that will screw me over because I didn't understand what it was for.

This is a damn good point. The polls haven't really moved too too much. But the Dems sure are panicking, aren't they? There has to be polls much worse than what we're seeing.

Isn't it convenient that the non-existant bounce suddenly manifests the day after the RNC Convention!

Basically, they appear to have been fucking with the polls to try and create a post-RNC "bounce" for Biden. I'm guessing as some sort of weaponized projection. "Trump didn't get a post-DNC bounce, you're thinking of Biden's post-RNC bounce! Look, Biden's now surging in the polls and there's nothing left but the voting? Debates? What? It's the new normal, can't do that..."

Is sad how the results depends of how lazy people feel that day, I only hope sleepy joe get obliterated so the VINO on Florida neck themselves , fucking traitors

I've always wondered. Why is Election DAY only 1 day? Why not a few days or a week? You can even start it the Wednesday before so the week still ends on the traditional Tuesday.

If it HAS to be one day for some reason, why not make it a federal holiday so people that work can vote easier? I mean, I think legally employers have to allow employees to go on break so they can vote, but realistically most of the hourly service jobs won't allow for it and just come up with some other excuse.

Or, maybe this is a bad idea, just make Election Day and Veterans Day the same day so people already have the day off?

Almost like it's done like that on purpose or something. The lazy fucks who live off gibs and don't lift a damn finger to be productive in society will always be free to vote unlike those who actually give a shit and work for a living.

That was my favorite meme in 2016.

The Democrats/Hillary were winning the election until the Republicans got off of work to vote.

+13?! LOL These people live in another dimension.

Someone posted previously on here about how multiple polls showed Hillary with double digit leads in the popular vote right before the election and how they were so badly off. I mean, Obama "only" won by 8.5 points in the popular vote in his 2008 landslide. Nobody wins by double-digits in these hyperpartisan times. What are they doing to these polls to skew them so badly?

I don't know. The 18-29 demographic has a lot of free, but they don't vote nearly as often as older demographics do. I don't think lazy leeches vote at a high rate either. Having voting be one day probably helped prevent the underinformed and generally apathetic from having too much influence in the past, which is ultimately a good thing. I don't know if easier voting now is all that great, but even then, tons of people still don't bother to vote.

I got an SMS message with an invite to participate in a survey this afternoon. I do a little Mturk on the side, and always select for those surveys that have political leanings (and marketing, they're fun lol). I made sure to have my views and conservative representation in Southeast Wisconsin, and I encourage anyone else who may receive such messages to actually do the surveys.

They can only see us if we participate.

I can't believe they're doubling down on this. :story:

Kamala Harris promises national mask mandate if elected

Kamala Harris said on Friday that a nationwide mask mandate would be among the first orders of business if she and Joe Biden were elected to the White House in November, calling it the “responsible” thing to do.

The Democratic vice presidential nominee expanded on the three-month plan that Biden has promised to enact if he won the White House, explaining that every American would be expected to wear a face covering amid the pandemic.

“Yes,” Harris, 55, said when asked if that would be one of their first actions in power during an interview on NBC’s “TODAY.”

“It’s a standard. I mean, nobody’s going to be punished,” Harris continued when asked how it would be enforced.

“Nobody likes to wear a mask, this is a universal feeling, right? So, that’s not the point,” she said.

“The the point is this is what we as responsible people who love our neighbor, we have to just do that right now. God willing, it won’t be forever.”

The CDC recommends mask-wearing in public when you are unable to stay 6-feet away from others so as to stop the spread of disease.

President Trump rejected Biden’s mandate earlier this month during a White House briefing, telling reporters the Democratic nominee had showed an “appalling lack of respect” for the American people.

“It’s up to the governors. We want to have a certain freedom,” Trump said.

“If the president has the unilateral power to order every single citizen to cover their face in nearly all instances, what other powers does he have?” he asked.

In the TODAY interview, Harris was also asked about the police shooting of Jacob Blake which continues to case racial unrest across the nation.

Harris, a former prosecutor who identifies as black, was probed on whether she thought the officer who shot Blake needed to be charged.

‘”he use of force that was seven bullets coming out of a gun at close range in the back of the man? I don’t see how anybody could reason that that was justifiable,” Harris said.

“I think there should be a through investigation and based on what I’ve seen, it seems the officer should be charged,” the lawmaker added.

When pressed on the fact Blake reportedly resisted arrested and a knife was later found in his vehicle, Harris responded: “Everyone should be afforded due process.”

“I agree with that completely. But we know these cases keep happening and we have had too many black men in America who have been the subject of this kind of conduct,” she said.

Permission has been given to acknowledge that all is not well now that Biden has admitted that Burn Loot Murder is not the best thing to happen to happen to America since Barack Obama. We're going to be seeing a lot of articles like this in the coming weeks handwringing about how metopolitan and suburban white people are falling into the horrible grip of racism over a few burned cars. The fact that NYT was one of the, if not the, first shows that this official. Taking three months to start their shift in narrative is hilarious. It shows how monolithic and top down this whole charade is.

How hard is it to tell people to stop attacking police and to stop burning shit down? Hell, even only 4 years ago, Hillary tried to diffuse this nonsense with tweeting "All Live Matter" and the crazies in the Democratic Party gave her endless shit for it. 2020 Democrats simply can't help themselves. They seize any chance they get to carry water for black criminals, every fucking time.

It is going to be fun to see her in the debate regurgitate tired SJW talking points and get completely stonewalled by Pence who obviously doesn't care about any violent criminal getting a sudden increase in lead poisoning.
