A Massachusetts mom and son pair have been charged with incest and could land in prison for up to 20 years, Mass Live reports.
The alleged licentious wickedness took place at the Fitchburg, Massachusetts, home Tony L. Lavoie’s shared with his wife and 63-year-old mother, Cheryl Lavoie.
It was the wife who caught her 43-year-old husband and mother-in-law in flagrante delicto on the living room couch on May 20.
Shocked by the mom-son incest, the wife called 911 and summoned Massachusetts police.
Lavoie’s wife called 911 and when police arrived they were told by both mother and son that the sexual relations were consensual.

The wife’s cousin, whom the wife had also summoned to the scene, answered the door when the police showed up and explained what had gone down. She said her cousin had walked in on Tony sexually penetrating his mother on the living room couch. The mom was said to be on top.
The mom and son assured the Massachusetts authorities that this was the first time they’d ever committed incest. As for the wife, she said she’d long suspected something decidedly lewd was going down between her husband and mother-in-law
The Mirror reports that Tony said to a Massachusetts police officer who asked how the son possibly could have committed incest with his mom, “I don’t know. It just happened.”
Tony then asked for treatment.
When the officer asked his mother the same question, she is said to have responded that they had gotten closer in recent months and it had happened after they started kissing.

Meaww reports that when pressed for further details about committing incest with his mom in their Massachusetts home, the son told the officer who arrived on the scene of the tawdry crime, “I don’t want to talk about it, I made a mistake and I am embarrassed enough as it is.”
Ultimately, the son divulged to the Massachusetts officer that he’d been playing a video game in the living room when his mom approached and the two “just started to kiss and have sex” — incestuously, that is.
The two took off one another’s clothes and went to town.
The officer noted that it was highly curious that Tony “did not seem to be nervous or upset about having sex” with his mother. Instead, he seemed “more embarrassed about getting caught by his wife.”
Cheryl’s story was similar to that of her son, according to the police report. She told the officer she and her son “got caught by Lori” having sex and that she was “on top of my son, on the couch.” She said it got to that point because “myself and my son have gotten a lot closer over the past few months and we just had sex after we were kissing.” Asked if her son suffered from any mental illness, she said she was not sure but revealed he did fall off a ladder at one point in his life.

The mom and son were each charged with felony incest and issued a summons to appear in a Massachusetts court on August 20.
The pair were arraigned last week and then released.
A Massachusetts judge ordered the incestuous mom and son to stay away from each other.
Both of them pleaded not guilty, the Sentinel & Enterprise reports
They will return to court Oct. 27 for a pretrial hearing.
