When was hair battery incident (let's call it what it is, Jamie's claims isn't just a simple, playful "hair pull", it was painful, forceful restraint)?

I'm curious why JYB would be in Texas.

Now, I have to figure out a way to order his roles by date. BehindTheVoiceActors has them by date, but they're not comprehensive. ANN has everything, usually, but it's alphabetical.

Also, just because it was released in 2011 doesn't mean it was dubbed in 2011. At this stage in the game, anime were getting dubbed 1+ years after release.

Let's assume for the moment that she's telling the truth and JYB was present for it.
Why doesn't Jamie mention him (or anyone else) witnessing the hair pulling in her affidavit? Even if they asked JYB to provide an affidavit of his witness account and he refused, what would've kept her from saying 'Vic did it and JYB totally saw' the way Moronica did with Stan Dahlin?
Why would JYB keep secret about this and maintain his friendship with Vic all these years? Either he was there, but the hair pull was a lot more like Vic described and so JYB saw no harm, or he was there and it went the way Jamie claims, but he still chose to side with Vic over this for whatever reason, or this twitter rando is lying and JYB was never there to begin with.

You're forgetting another possibility: JYB was in the room and knows Marchie is lying. He could easily be choosing not to get involved to save his own hide, which I wouldn't necessarily blame him for. I highly doubt he's privately confirmed he witnessed the hair pulling specifically, as he's made a statement along the lines of there being "no hard feelings" between him and Vic.
