Gaige Grosskreutz is the gun/one armed guy. Spelling may be off though. There is also a McGinnis guy listed in the court document. A reporter guy who wasn’t directly involved but was there filming.

Identity politics isn't just in the US, I guess.

Most places outside the USA had peaceful protests, I think.

Maybe they decided to switch with the US, usually it is protests in Europe that quickly turn into serious rioting. Especially in France for forever, Scandinavia since they imported a bajillion Mohammadan dindus, and places like Greece.

In most of the rest of the world protests start out as serious riots from the get go.

Shit, I was wrong, Huber was the alleged rapist skateboard guy who got blown away. Gaige Grosskreutz was the felon with the gun who got his bicep blown off.

I'm too tired to keep all the fucking scum straight. I'm gonna correct my post and call it a night, sorry for the confusion.

Edit: there was also headkick guy, the first one to attack Kyle on the ground and the only shot he missed. But I haven't seen him identified anywhere. Even the DA's criminal complaint lists him as unidentified.

Oh you're speaking about people actually going out and doing it - well, in that sense, I agree, but don't think for a second that I don't advocate violence because I do, the fact that I'm a fucking nazi aside I think any regular person at this point would enjoy watching a legion of convicted felons and their college-educated tools get whacked a good couple of times and taken out of this society.

But actually going out and lone wolf'ing happenings? No, that's fucking retarded - anyone trying a Tarrant in today's time is going to set us back years at worst at a time where we stand to benefit more than anything, and is going to look like a manic, schizophrenic retard.

I agree with you there.
I think that's why Kyle has gotten the reception he did across the entire right-leaning sphere, because he did what a lot of us have been quietly hoping to see or even do in Minecraft almost flawlessly. Whacked two felonious thugs, one a literal pedophile in an optically airtight manner - trying to flee from their unprovoked assaults until he had no choice but to defend himself and maimed what I can only really describe as a commissar trying to execute him perfidiously, and lived to tell the tale. And other than outright lying about what he did the only angle the left has against it is NOOOO HE CAN'T DEFEND THE COMMUNITY THAT WE WERE BURNING WHY WAS HE EVEN THERE IF HE WERE BLACK THE POLICE WOULD'VE KILLED HIM

Don't even worry about it. It's amazing that all three men Kyle shot were white felons.

You think others will follow Kyle's example?

The odd thing about Tarrant. Though he was an accelerationalist. Notice how quickly the media and the governments clamped down hard on his media presence and his writings? They didn't like that. Remember Tarrant? Should've been the biggest thing since Brevik. Yet, you barely hear anyone ever talk about him. As if what he did threw a wrench into the plans of people who were boiling the frog.

It’s complicated. That’s kind of reliant on rioters taking the “fuck around and find out” option first. But I would not be against seeing more people stand up for themselves like Kyle if protesters try to go too far again.

It shouldn’t be the /goal/, but if push comes to shove I do hope people defend themselves as best they can. At the very least I don’t want to see decent people die to a heartless, soulless mob.

Not quite, it's happening in Europe, but the 24/7 American news cycle nudges those stories out.

I kind of hope not, honestly. There were a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong for him and he could've easily ended up as David Dorn, Adam Haner or the Texas katana guy and we'd have antifa gloating about how pussy white supremacists can't hope to stand against them even with guns, and I doubt whoever does end up trying to follow his example will luck out as hard as he did with target selection and their own skill level. I do think it's inevitable we see at least another one.

I think they already are. The streams tonight were quiet, but multiple cities had armed guys show up. Looked like it was without incident, but then you had shots fired in Richmond, so who knows. And then there was this.

I don't think there will be people itching to jump out and shoot crowds--of course, some idiot always will--but I think he'll specifically make people start guarding their homes and businesses more. The thing to remember is Kyle's group was cooperating with the police; if locals feel their PD will back them up, they'll be more likely to come out.

Sir Kyle of Kenosha is playing hardball

Tl;dr he is refusing to agree to extradition. For those outside the US who may be confused, under the US federal system the States are Sovereign among themselves. California cant just order an arrest in Colorado and then carry it out. What has to happen is like if France demands Belgium arrest someone and hand them over.

Of course, interstate extraditions in the US are perfunctory. The motion is done usually out of tradition and respect for the system. I cant think of a single instance in recent history in which a State has refused an extradition demand from another.

Choosing to fight an extradition is a signal flag to the prosecution that no deals will be accepted.

Looks like a minor case of blue flu in Portland.

Whelp let's quote from Goethe's Zauberlehrling "The ghosts I called I can't disperse them!" (sorry for the rather crude translation)

In other notes looks like the Republicans want to attack the weakness of the rioters : money (though I doubt they care they probably have other sources *cough* looting *cough*

So according to that article his next court date is September 25, nearly a month away. I am by no means a legal expert so I wonder just how long this would even take to find him guilty or innocent for sure.

Guilty or innocent is usually a question for a jury, and that could be a year out.

Will he get his charges dismissed through an affirmative defense of self defense? Who knows. And that doesn't take into account illegal possession/carry, which actually might have some chance of succeeding.

Just don't expect this to be done with quickly. Lucas Gerhard (Michigan Snowflake AR kid) has been either in jail or house arrest since late August, 2019, and still hasn't gotten to trial.

This kid is very clearly autistic. I see a school full of them on a regular basis and it's as obvious as his white skin. I can't find the words, I'm glad I'm nowhere near there.

Allegedly Huber had attempted to date-rape someone on top of the domestic abuse, while Rosenbaum was an honest to god child molester. So he blew away two rapists.

There you go BLM and Antifa. Your martyrs. It's like they fucking wished for another Charlottesville on a Monkey's Paw.

Depends on how obnoxious he wants to be about it. He's got a high powered law firm working pro bono for him now which means he can be as obnoxious as he likes. He can appeal his extradition all the way to the State supreme court if he wanted too. That delays things at least a year. Of course this is criminal court and such shenanigans are frowned upon so he would have to spend that year in prison. Which kind of defeats the purpose of wasting time.

What his lawyers are doing is forcing the prosecutors to show their hand early. To secure a contested extradition they need to show cause to do so. They are also forcing the State to spend money they otherwise didnt have to.
