LemWha&friends aren't gloating as much as they did previously so I take for granted that even they know that the chances of "winning the lolsuit" are very low and it's far more probable that appeals overrule most if not all clauses, erasing their so beloved mantra of 0-17 and destroying whatever delusion the cuck&fat lying friends are still spewing around, can't wait for the atomic chimp-out that we'll see in the future.

I still think that chick should DMCA him simply because it would be a shame if it reflected negatively on his character and showed malice by taking the video without consent, twisting it and then acting in an abusive manner towards the girl in the video all because she didn't consent.
