KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58 ) -- An officer-involved shooting investigation is underway in Kenosha on Sunday, Aug. 23.

The shooting happened near 28th Avenue and 40th Street around 5:11 p.m., after officers were called for a "domestic incident."

According to police, officers provided immediate aid to the person. They were transported via Flight for Life to Froedtert in Milwaukee for treatment. The person is in serious condition.

A large crowd gathered near the scene following the shooting.

Kenosha Sheriff’s Department and Wisconsin State Patrol were requested immediately so that the scene could be turned over to an agency other than Kenosha police.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ), Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) will handle the investigation.

The most basic answer is that he was an angry manlet with a history of violence and thought he could attack someone as they were no longer in a pack. Other speculation includes mistaking Kyle for another guy he had a go at earlier, or possible co-ordination with handgun shooter if that 4chan ID speculation is correct (based on similar profiles to people he was near in the shoot me nigga video).

If some yahoo was firing blindly at Kyle I find it hard to believe that no one else got hit as the street was pretty crowded and the supposed shooter was firing across the street at Kyle where a sizeable group of "protesters" were screaming to kill him, get him, beat his ass ect.

Well according of Kyle's current attorney's statement Kyle was in Kenosha working on the day of the riots.

Apparently he got the rifle from a friend in town who asked him to help protect his business which explains why the commie DA couldn't charge him with bringing a weapon across state lines as Kyle was in Kenosha from 10 am until he went home after the shootings.

Notice none of the MSM outlets are reporting these inconvenient facts... according to them he drove for several hours across state lines to come to Kenosha just to murder a bunch of upstanding BLM peaceful protester because he's a white supremacist monster.

Everyone there was psychic and knew he was only there to shoot people in self-defense. I, too, see innocent people running down the streets in a frenzy armed with ARs every day, too. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Nothing suspicious, no possible danger anywhere. I hate to sound like a Twitter user, but would you say the same if it were a black kid running down the street with an AR after firing on someone? Would the cops have let a black kid with an AR who told them to their face "I shot three people" walk past their tanks?

I know there was one round discharged during Kyle's initial retreat away from the now-perforated paedophile, at least 2 rounds fired at said paedo (graze to the head, actual cause of death pulverized paedo organs), at least 1 into the truck-fucker, and 1 into the faux paramedic, for a known, minimum total of 4 rounds fired by Commie-Killer Kyle.
