Actually, I don't remember anyone making a stink about that. In fact, I think it was the Farms that saw Chupp blowing off Lemwaaah's request for findings of fact and conclusions of law, and finding it bizarre he would just ignore a lawful request.

I think no anti-Vic person ever said anything about the fees, when you think they would. Taking their narrative as fact, a vengeful man abused the legal system to harm them financially... and he succeeded in doing so, even after an anti-SLAPP. You'd think they would be up in arms about that, since financially burdening someone with a bullshit case is exactly what the TCPA is meant to protect against.

The funniest logical pretzel I saw was something to the effect of "The judge saw Vic's case was so stupid he thought MoRon's lawyer had done too much work."

Which leads me to believe they had no choice but to stay silent. If they started going "Wait a second, this judge is wrong!" they open themselves to the possibility that if the judge was wrong on one thing, he could be wrong on another.

I have asked that exact thing to Toye several times and he completely ignores is. He says the judge was completely right about everything, then when I ask him about the cut to the fees from $280,000 to $100,000, he goes quiet.

Honestly I think EVS makes himself out to be a sped for attention but when you take him away from CG and general bullshit he doesn't seem that bad. Whatever beef he has with Doug is dumb though.

Basically, out of work chumps are salty that a "cis white rapist pedophile" is still getting more popular, con gigs and fanfare than them in this "pandemic".

The way I see it, Vic has bigger balls and heart for actually showing up when he could have easily locked himself down in his home.

Granted, he needs the good PR, but still.
