Actually, I don't remember anyone making a stink about that. In fact, I think it was the Farms that saw Chupp blowing off Lemwaaah's request for findings of fact and conclusions of law, and finding it bizarre he would just ignore a lawful request. And Chupp is never wrong except on the fees.
I have asked that exact thing to Toye several times and he completely ignores is. He says the judge was completely right about everything, then when I ask him about the cut to the fees from $280,000 to $100,000, he goes quiet.Actually, I don't remember anyone making a stink about that. I think no anti-Vic person ever said anything about the fees, when you think they would. Taking their narrative as fact, a vengeful man abused the legal system to harm them financially... and he succeeded in doing so, even after an anti-SLAPP. You'd think they would be up in arms about that, since financially burdening someone with a bullshit case is exactly what the TCPA is meant to protect against.
The funniest logical pretzel I saw was something to the effect of "The judge saw Vic's case was so stupid he thought MoRon's lawyer had done too much work."
Which leads me to believe they had no choice but to stay silent. If they started going "Wait a second, this judge is wrong!" they open themselves to the possibility that if the judge was wrong on one thing, he could be wrong on another.
Ronnie never answers real direct questions as we all know,if he does its his crap he retweets to others that Never answer the real question. Typical Ron.I have asked that exact thing to Toye several times and he completely ignores is. Yeah its cursed but its a sort of wholesome cursed if that makes any senseThat Vic Funko is ugly as fuck but now I wanna buy one because hoes are mad and I gotta support that.
It's the anti-SJW internet personality brainworms. Every single popular anti-SJW talking head is destined to become as deranged as Hambly and Smug Legend bare minimum; some might break their limits and become another OneAngryGamer and/or Sargon levels of bad (EVS is the closest to that level of spedery from what I've seen from the Comicsgate thread).
That's it. Thank youYeah its cursed but its a sort of wholesome cursed if that makes any sense
Protect this man everyone
Cooley, I know you're reading this, & if you are, then lemme just say that you're irrelevant enough for Monica to pick BT over you.Vic already doing better than the tweet about Kung Flu.

She looks like this, btw.
Ahh, good ol' "rules for thee, but not for me"
You can say that about superheroes in general. What are superheroes but people who keep the peace with their superpowers. Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Daredevil, they all beat the shit out of street criminals like robbers and drug dealers all the time which is basically a form of police brutality, yet they often get used as mouthpieces for weird agendas.
Basically if it's convenient for a series or character to be used for a narrative, they will regardless of the logistics behind it. That's why the Toonami promo uses a show like Dragonball to "fight racism" when the only black characters in Dragonball are hilarious racial stereotypes like Officer Black and Killa. And maybe Android 15 if you want to count him.
Well out of 32 retweets with comments those are the only negative ones. That's not bad all things considered.
Friendly reminder that this emmett person waited years to say anything, despite vic not having any real power in the comminity, and therefore should not have been scared of repercussions.View attachment 1560783View attachment 1560784
