Not only are these characters 11-14 in most dubs and the originals, but most of these are poorly drawn over from porn. Yeah, child porn turned into more child porn. I’ll admit the sprite work is original but Jesus. That’s not even talking about the art he stole from another deviantart user for use in their fucked up shit. And this is a character who is literally beaten into the ground and almost gets his body spit on, his best friend and brother die, one of which in his arms, has no friends until almost the last arc because of what he caused in the first arc (one of which was making his own oc) and his wish in the finale where the big bad is causing illusions? To be beaten and maimed by everyone he tourtured because he feels he can’t be redeemed and there’s even a cameo from his brother (still dead) to embrace the illusion. SO THIS SHIT ISNT WHAT HE NEEDS. HE NEEDS A GODDAMN HUG OR TWO. There aren’t even words to describe how angry I am except

For real tho, do you think diaperfags are mentally-ill somehow? Because damn, they make some fucked up stuff. I heard that liking diapers as an adult is tied to some sort of mental problem, but i don't exactly know if it's correct or not.

I think some of them try to claim mental illness as an excuse for their behavior. They definitely have something wrong with them, since even other types of fetishists don't tend to go as far as diaper spergs do, where they try and base their entire lives around their fetish and involve random members of the public in their roleplay without consent. (The DDLG thread has examples of these people going to stores and shit and the employees kind of having to indulge their fuckery.) The thing is that I have a hard time believing these people have the specific illnesses they claim to have, they often point to having trauma that caused this behavior, but the stories usually make no sense and just sound like the wet dreams of fetishists... Probably 'cause they are.

Deeker, a diaper fetishist, states that his obsession began because his sisters and mother would force him into diapers all the time and then shame him non-stop. Stanley Thornton is another example who gives a similar story of 'diaper discipline', but in his story he alleges his parents also required him to eat baby food, sleep in a crib and suck on a pacifier and sent him to school in diapers and baby stuff. Searching 'diaper discipline' along with 'child abuse' will get you other very similar tales of people claiming their parents did these things to them and led them to becoming diaper fetishists. None of these ring the slightest bit true, and CPS would have been called on at least one of these cases if it were really as rampant as diaper fetishists would have you believe, as if it actually occurred it would constitute sexual and psychological abuse, and there would have been many mandatory reporters witnessing it since they claim to have been made to go to school in the diapers and baby clothing. The sad part is I've discovered a couple Anti-Child-Abuse advocacy sites that take these claims at face value and give attention to poorly veiled fetish stories over actual victims of abuse.

On a related note, some diaper speds like to claim that they're practicing "age regression therapy" for some sort of alleged trauma. Regression therapy is a thing that exists, but the actual thing is a controversial practice involving putting a patient under hypnosis with the intent of recovering repressed memories of abuse (It's controversial because this often results in the formation of false memories and wrongful accusations). At no stage of this process is the patient supposed to shit their pants and masturbate in it.
