I don't remember him mentioning cancer autoimmune disease other than Goku's hint which is much more recent, but you said it was years ago, so maybe I missed that one. The last illness I remember him mentioning thoroughly was resistant Typhoid Fever and Tuberculosis from all the refugees the democrat governor keeps piling up in his state. Which is why he said at one time he was moving to Texas as soon as he can.

That was the reason for his disappearance August 2018: Minor hospitalization. Shit happens.
He also mentioned that if he dies "Nah, if I was dead my accounts would have been shut down since I told Jade if I ever got hit by a car to do that. "

There's a lot of people this year that are upset Jim won't be live streaming or making videos anymore, and I tend to agree with them. However, there's nothing really stopping anyone else from picking up where he left off. If they want to know more about The Finders? Go research what has been found and make another part to that series. A new Furry Pandemonium or Transtastic Tales? There's enough new content for anyone with at least a little charisma to make videos on it.

I never meant copy his mannerisms like gator. There were lots of posts asking why he doesn't make a video on the riots, etc. but he already gave his take on twitter and there's nothing really more to be gained from him making a video. If others have done research on the subject and they just want a new video from Jim because they wanted his take, they already got that. If Jim missed something in his analysis there's nothing keeping anyone else from going over the same topics with more info.

LOL I think we all knew how much you resented (fairly) Lucky Charms for monetizing the forum as well as he did without ever throwing a bone or most of the time even acknowledging it but calling this selfish is hilarious. Of course somebody's perception about anything is skewed by their own situation and his doomer posting is quite irrelevant to change behavior in a scale that actually impacts his chances of surviving the pandemic; if you meant by collecting sheckels from streams - you didn't say it but somebody else did - it makes even less sense, since his 148ganggang crowd is mostly skeptic of COVID.
