Fact check: Only mostly half-true. While the public record does show they supported said behavior, it's only because Russia hacked and deepfaked every instance of them doing so, unless noted.

I think what Biden's trying to say is that COVID's taken more lives this year than any other outbreak in the last 100 years. It's the classic "IT'S THE SPANISH FLU ALL OVER AGAIN!" tactic. It's depressing how a bilingual twelve year old could give a better presentation of the argument, though.
Also, notice how this script is just a repeat of his DNC speech. "There's never been anything we can't accomplish when we do it together!" No Q&A after either.
