My grandmother was super proud that when she was in her tweens to early teens the boys wanted her at their sking team. She was so fast for a girl that she was beating guys and that was an achievement to her. She loved being sporty and that's actually how she got her self a man. She met her eventual husband at a dance but had to be home at sertain time. He asked if he he could walk her home, she said sure if he could keep up and she took off running. This wasn't her playing games, just her being practical because she had been staying as long as possible. Anyway I don't remember if he kept up, I don't think he did, but regardless he was so impressed by her speed and personality, that he wanted get to know her better. Generally she had a lot of stories of her younger days and sports achievements, also medels and such to prove this. Note that she never held delusions that she was faster or stronger than a fully grow man, just very strong and fast for a woman.
I think to many sporty girls knowledge of biological differences can be pretty hard pill to swallow. That no matter how hard you work you can never compete with guys. I think this is especially hard to modern girls because they have been fed the lie that girls can do anything a guy can and do it better. Many aren't willing to acknowledge that males have inherited advantages in sports and that's fine. I think this can screw up some girls that get frustrated becouse they can't live up to that fantasy.

The first name change makes some sense. You can't actually reassign sex, so changing the term to gender reassignment surgery is a more modest claim. As for the difference between reassignment and affirming, I bet they bitched about the word "reassignment" implying that they were their born gender originally or something.

But gender is whatever you identify as, so you don't need to have surgery to reassign it. And how is turning your penis into a neovagina "gender affirming"? I thought women with penises were perfectly valid, but now you're suggesting you need to remove your precious girldick to affirm your gender, you bigot?
Actually the first name made most sense - they were changing their genitals from one biological sex to another. Yes I know that you can't change your biological sex, but still the name was the most descriptive and common-sense one. But then they decided that sex is also a social construct and/or a spectrum and genitals have nothing to do with gender, so that name is probably considered transphobic now.
If they followed their own rules, they would call it something like Dysphoria Alleviation Surgery, which makes no reference to gender or sex.

I agree with Cpt. here. Do consider Nazism happened 80 years ago. With the current state of affairs they would probably think about transsexualism in a different light now. 'brotherly love' and (non-sexual) love between males has been also a very different thing in past than it is now. And current gay culture is way more degenerate than Weimar republic's. It would not also 'cure' the homosexuality but they could use it as a means to stop the LGB lobby.

I think that's one of the most delusional things I've seen in this thread absolutely chock full with delusion. Please enough with the tits. Muscle is what gay men want on a chest. There's a reason bears and flabs are less-desired in the gay scene, to the point that they're had to build an entire subculture (and even then, without the hair, nobody wants tits).
Most (not all, just most) gay men want a masculine guy. It's the reason you're gay. Even femme gay men have a harder time getting laid than a stacked dude. Twinks are not feminine, they're just men with a younger, sportier look.
