This is the laziest argument on offer. Comparing your enemy to ISIS is so fucking easy because you just have to find 3 parallels and then boom, your opposition is dehumanised.
But I'll tell you something else, the ISIS-Trump comparison listed doesn't strike a cord because everybody can tell slavery and ethnic cleansing are on a completely different order of magnitude to, say, going to a church that imposes constructive values like having children within wedlock.

But ironically some of the things that make ISIS uniquely evil? They actually are shared by the radical left. A lot of the seething hatred for ISIS could be just as easily pointed towards the state of Saudi Arabia, or Pakistan, and not skip a beat... whereas it's as though antifa go out of their way to be some sort of leftist tribute to ISIS-- executing American patriots in the streets, abject lawlessness wherever they go, completely spitting on the most basic human rights of anybody that disagrees with them, running around masked threatening hostages to recite the correct words (wahabbist fatwas/BLM slogans) and this isn't even touching the cultural vandalism-- in terms of ruining communities, minority trust, and iconic history. That arson attack on the Richmond museum comes to mind.
Again, maybe I'm being intellectually lazy here. I already said I think the left doing this are lazy, but the real clanger is the content of people in these movements, and the moment you ever bring that up, antifa is in trouble.

Even in the darkest days of 2016, how much 'pro-Trump violence' was there? Meanwhile antifa and ISIS both attract uniquely horrible people. Drug addicts, petty criminals, the dispossessed, the neurotic. If you join this cause, they'll let you enact unspeakable horrors on innocent civilians, and the cause is neither here nor there on the maniac's psyche, it's all a vehicle to perform their sick crime sprees-- and the movement allows them operate free from consequence, as burning down the old world is necessary to create the new one

People don't realize how much they relied on modern supply chains until they're suddenly cut off from it. In the back of your mind, it's always "if I need more nails I'll just drive to the hardware store", and that's so deeply ingrained in your mindset that 20 years later when the roads are suddenly barricaded against you...
