I know there's been a lot of speculation regarding Faith and Ralph trying to get her identification so they can get married.

A few things about this:

  • Faith left California (CA) on July 9th, taking a flight to Virginia (VA).
  • Vickers said in the latest post that he started getting texts from Ralph trying to get Faith's things (including her ID) shortly after they returned home (August 18th according to the timeline)
  • This implies that Faith did not have her California ID when she went to VA. If that is the case, she likely has a second form of ID an airport would accept, likely a passport (otherwise she'd never be able to get on an airplane.)
    • This point isn't important, but if you doubt she'd have a passport; Disney-obsessed family, upper middle class, Californians. If they haven't been on a Disney cruise I'd be astonished.
  • The requirements to get married in Virginia are pretty lax, and they would accept a passport as acceptable ID.
  • If Ralph specifically had to be at the courthouse before 3:30, that would line up with what the VA courts say.
  • Virginia keeps vital records (including marriage licenses) private for 25 years, so that specific avenue may be closed for confirmation.
I'm sure there's info I've missed that can add to this, but it seems more than plausible that they're already married.

No she had her id when she went to Richmond but Vickers ended up with it when she went in patient for being a nutter and was not released until after they had flown back to Cali. Since she was still in the nuthouse and they were definitely not going to drop her shit off with Ralph they took it back with them.

Didn't Mr. Vickers say that Faith had all of those documents when she originally left California, but abandoned them all when she left the loony bin without telling them? I believe he also said that he took the documents back to CA because Fai Fai refused to answer their calls when they were trying to return them to her.
