He might try to ease off COVID restrictions, but I don't think he'd have any sort of control over the riots. Well, that specific clip may have been spliced together, but you'll notice that they don't make much of an effort to explain why a clip of Joe Biden apparently sleeping on a stream exists in the first place. That's not a still image of him in the video, it was pulled from this interview with Hillary where he just looks like he dozes off for awhile.

There's barely even two months left until the election, Trump's fanbase is furious and desperate to go out and vote, 30-40% of the country thinks Joe Biden has dementia, Joe still has to go to those debates in a few weeks, the public isn't listening to them, and the public doesn't give a flaming rat's ass about BLM or the riots or the Wu Flu anymore.

I mostly agree with this post, but I just want to point out that the public clearly does care about the riots, they just don't care in the way that the DNC wants them to, which is part of the reason why we're seeing all this idiotic bullshit from the Biden campaign, probably.
