Frankly, I do not believe Vic got a deal with Funko until they themselves put out an announcement. Vic or someone else could have been told that a company was interested in making a vinyl figure for him. And they all referred to them as Funkos sorta like how Kleenex has become a generic term for tissues (remember Vic is almost 60) despite not being endorsed by Funko. Funko works with big licensors so it was very odd to me that they would work with Vic.

However, this "proof" is fucking weird. Why is it a cropped e-mail from what's apparently a publicly available support e-mail? Just redact your own e-mail address and post the whole thing. Why is it two separate e-mails?

I don't doubt that Funko isn't actually working with Vic. But this proof is so easily faked and given what side it's coming from that I'm having a hard time believing it despite it most likely aligning with reality.
