Which is absolutely insane. Back surgeries are useless at the absolute best of times, and a scam most other times. I know a guy who used to be an extremely successful businessman, up until he decided to do a back surgery. He has been an absolute shell of a man ever since and tells everyone he knows never to get one.

I've known people who have been really helped by them but these were people who already had a huge pain tolerance and needed it just to be semi-functional. I'd definitely agree never get one unless absolutely nothing else can be done though and you're basically already reduced to being a gimp. Even then there's no guarantee it won't just make things worse.

He should really be more discerning about the kind of mental illness he pursues. We all warned him he couldn't handle BPD, and it was only going to end in blood, ashes and tears, but he has such a knack for finding new precision tactical ways to ruin his life. If he thinks BPD is a nightmare, schizophrenia is just as bad but in the opposite way. I'd be beaten into a coma 8 o' clock day one with Rich, the first time I laughed at him for giving me an order or having a temper tantrum.

Maybe he's so high that he's entirely forgotten our time hanging out in the office every day, because that's exactly what happened, all the fucking time. There is MINIMAL evidence of physical abuse. there is the police report from Megan where its pretty clear Lowtax wanted her to hand over her phone and she didn't want to, and there was blood drawn.

Depends what you mean by "deserve." Legally, the only ones that could have ever been proven are probably his ex-wives, who didn't actually pull the trigger. Those are both past any statute of limitations. I'm not at all convinced by Bogan's bullshit that she didn't provoke it enough that the most he should get is a fine over that one, if even that. If she really did shake him awake with a neck injury and he reacted to that, it wasn't exactly a premeditated assault.

I do think he's enough of an absolute cunt he deserves to lose the support of hundreds of random strangers or, more to the point, he never did anything to deserve $10K+ of free money every month for doing sweet fuck all for years.

Lowtax is an abuser but not really a physical one, mostly because he's a passive aggressive physical coward (not to imply woman beating is brave or whatever), not out of any minimal moral standards he might have. I've played devil's advocate before out of general principle, but Taxxy's BPD-esque behavior, fitting the profile of a false accuser exactly and lying like a rug during the whole thing, makes that pretty much impossible and anyone who does it look like a chump.

He can't act like he does and expect people to give him the benefit of the doubt in any situation, merited or not. Even if every charge against him was false, nobody would believe him and I couldn't blame them.
