Is there literally anything stopping a group of workers from starting a company where they all own the means of production right now in America?
No, there is literally nothing stopping a bunch of people from starting a worker's coop. Lumpenprole cummie commies often cite the Mondragon coop as an example of a worker coop that can work very well, which is true. However, what they fail to mention is that the Mondragon Corporation doesn't just hire any Vaush or Shuwu off the street to fuck up their company - they only hire employees of the highest quality.

I've asked communists why they don't start their own corporation (i.e. land, machines, material, labor, business plan, executive plan, logistics, etc.) and they answer is always ALWAYS "we can't do that because it would be risky, the business could fail!" ... To which I say "You're off to a great start understanding why capitalism is risk and reward! Capitalism doesn't reward failure" and usually they don't reply or just "reeee muh life should be guaranteed successful reee reee." Also: I made a post about mondragon co-op corporation in Vaush's thread, sums it up <3 @Jack Awful @yoshitsune

Shoe...... shoe, shoe, shoe.

That's another reason why socialism will never work and why there's workers and owners:
The workers don't want to risk their own wealth by putting it into a corporation that could fail.

Something communists/socialists try to erase is the fact that in capitalism, employers provide a valuable service to people in offering millions of jobs where the employee has to do none of the actual logistics, planning, or shop up-keep. If I get hired by a business, I can leave anytime I want and they can't do shit. I'm free. I can switch jobs if I get bored. I get paid to show up, I am trained and there isn't years of study involved.

If I OWN a business, I'm stuck with that business. I'm probably in debt for my investment for several years, and my livelihood is guaranteed ONLY on the success of the business. If I fuck up, no one is saving me. I have to keep track of EVERYTHING and that's incredibly stressful, easily a 70-90 hour work week.

Communists also labor under the delusion that employers just get handed money by a "secret cabal of rich people." They also believe businesses don't have costs, and don't "need" to save money in the bank for an economic downtown (look how well that has worked for 20 years, "oh but hoarding wealth is bad... wait why are giant corporations going bankrupt in an economic crisis reee capitalism did this").

tl;dr: They want all the rewards and none of the risk.

McCarthy did nothing wrong, btw.
and was proven to be 100% correct after his death, because, surprise surprise, the commies turned on each other for not being communist enough.
Any man who is interested in being a knight in 2020 is obviously retarded or autistic.
Especially considering there are way better autistic sword/medieval channels and shows out there.

No, this is called owning a small business. Problem is that the way they see it when you hire an employee they should be entitled to part ownership. Which, if you have a single coherent thought in your head, you immediately realize is insane.

Every one of her posts either is either entirely sarcastic deflection or ends with some lame attempt to dunk on a nerd who is like, totally over thinking things right guys? It's incredible that for someone as online as she is that she just takes the bait every fucking time for that sweet sweet dopamine hit of attention. Why mute/block when you can respond in snarky, lower-case Good-tier irony posting? Twitter has broken people's brains.

Also, is she unfamiliar with things like lawfirms who offer partnership agreements to people who weren't there at the start, or companies that include shares of stock as part of the compensation package?

I think she really does want the more mediocre people at the company to just also own it, because that will work out well somehow.

Its not that insane as its common practice with equity award compensation plans, which is the primary reason people want to work for small companies before they IPO. But, employers have to hand out this POTENTIAL reward only to those people who have actually earned the right to benefit from an IPO through there own loyalty, technical expertise and hard work. This does come with its own risks as the company could fail and employees get nothing. Employers also specifically hand out these equity awards usually with a contracct that restrict this ownership from any decision making abilities outside their work role.

She is wretched and disgusting ... And so are her simps.

Literally calling someone a fascist after they've explained why fascism is bad and doesn't work. My mind is blown and disgusted.

I can't even bring myself to hate-watch this bitch anymore.

Also, someone needs to call her out on Vaush. Big time. "Never misses a beat" is not a great way to describe someone who advocates for the legalization of child porn.

Like, Sargon should make another video or something. For real. More people need to know about this.

They aren't entirely incorrect because there are way more factors for a business to fail beyond offering a quality product and the risk is too big for a person or a family to take.

The funny thing is that, at least for me, I'd have to spend more money with permits and regulations than the actual products. If they get rid of most of the burocracy behind opening a business, even keeping the basic shit I'd have to pay, I'd be investing the minimal.

That's a good thing Bolsonaro did, btw. He got rid of a lot of paperwork and permits you need to open a business and that created more than twice jobs in one month than the whole year in ultra leftist Argentina.

I think most of them are leftists. People who she used to shit on, who are now happy to turn her against people.

Isn't that sadder then them just being simps. I mean she was Z list at her peak years ago, it's like getting the chearleader ten years latter when she has three kids and looks like she got in a car accident with a lard truck.

What’s the difference?
Seize the means of reproduction.
I have this feeling that shoe's trying to solidify her new lefty fanbase before jumping to the Breadtube side completely. Has she started deleting old content or rolling back statements she's made in the past yet? If not, I can expect a complete purge of her old stuff in a few months.

This is true because Monopolies are not built off of control of a resource, but the regulation around it. The great monopolies of the 1800's/early 1900's were literally owned by the government or deep in bed with the government putting so much red tape on whatever primary resources they needed to be the only ones able to pay/pass the red tape.

Its why fortune 500 companies have been pushing hard for trans bathrooms, mandatory diversity quotas and other woke garbage because small business competitors cannot afford the costs of such regulations.

If you had to guess, how much does June "uWu I'm too ADHD to read about stuff or hold down a job or graduate college" Laporta know about Teddy Roosevelt?
