They won't reimburse anyone. If MasterCard really is joining in alongside Discover, he's fucked unless a third party decides to sue MasterCard and Discover since this could interfere with the legal defense of others and set a precedent.

This weekend we'll probably have a good idea of whether they've achieved perpetual motion or if the entire thing was held up by the 'establishment' they wanted to revolt against. Middle of the week is usually fairly quiet, so tonight being uninteresting isn't the biggest surprise to me.
