I think it also depends on what part of the country they live. For instance the Mexican population where I live is quite conservative and religious. IIRC it's really only the latinos in California, New Mexico, Oregon, and parts of Texas that are ultra liberal, although I could be wrong about that.

I can't help but think they're panicking at this point. I don't think they've got things as 'in hand' as they need them to be (particularly for mass vote fraud), and the prospect of Trump winning again might just wreck them.

New Mexico's weird. The most liberal places happen to be where there's a lot of White artists and college students. Most of the other people, especially the working-class Latinos, are super religious and would be considered 'The Enemy' by the first group if they were White.
