Yes there is. There is something gravely wrong with pedagogy this lazy that it is no longer considered appropriate to expect high school students to read adult (not porn) fiction.

Honestly, even Harry Potter would be better then what my High School English classes were (outside of my freshman year, the teacher who gave a damn that I had retired), it was mostly ineffective pushovers who bowed down to the people in the class who had behavior disorders and allowed anarchy though the class and the few times we actually were able to read it was below high school level. Some how I survived and was able to read the Classical and Enlightenment Philosophers (including the migraine inducing meditations of Descartes, and the bone dry painful to read Locke) with out issues. Writing papers on the other hand...I still can't.

A bit strange, but I think police WANT to conduct no knock raids so they can stack up more charges if the subject of the raid does something like go for a gun because they don't know it's the police. I have to imagine a raid against an armed offender looks better on a police record than an unarmed one.

Maybe the bad ones, but the cops I know hate paperwork, if the suspect shoots/cops shoot that means way more paperwork.

Here's the thing about Cartoon Network: I feel there's been a shift. I feel the main audience isn't children like any kid's show, but since the 2010s the biggest crowd are those who watched Cartoon Network as children and are now adults with access to social media (why do you think the Internet's favorite shows has been things like Steven Univers and the return of Samurai Jack and the most hated shows have been Teen Titans Go and the PPG reboot?), and the people who make these shows are the kind of people who are aware of the people who talk about theories, make fanart and fanfic and talk all the time about ships and representation. And they encourage that. Add that to people who talk about adult things beyond jokes that'd go over a kid's head like talking about characters "coded" to be a certain type of characteristic along with the creators understanding how fan culture has changed since the 90s, and you can start to understand how Cartoon Network got where it is. At least that's the case for types like Rebecca Sugar.

As for VAs like Blum and Hamill and Strong, I'd chalk that up to typical "we must fight the Orange Man" of those thinking they're in a revolution.

Before the 2016 election, I was still in a phase of attachment to Cartoon Network but started to fall off after Regular Show wrapped up its run. It was also when I was at my heaviest use of social media. But boy oh boy, once Trump finally got elected, a lot of my admired voice actors/animators/etc. at the time just had a switch flipped in their brains and it became a torrent of TDS insanity. Steve Blum, Tara Strong, Mark Hamill, the list went on and on as I watched these people get more and more hostile and irrational in my feeds.
