I do remember Yorick. She seemed to me like a smart but very troubled young person. At time I was still thinking transitioning can work to some but there are alot of people transitioning who shouldn't. I had little info of her situation but she didn't seem that dramatic or otherwise nuts so assumed she did fall under "real trans". Her disappearance was troubling but I heard trough trusted sources that she was fine just couldn't do youtube anymore or handle all the people asking help from her. Seemed reasonable enough so didn't think much about it, although I did hope she would return to comment some of the tranny crazyness, I thought it would be entertaining.

While I now days think transitioning isn't good treatment for anyone, I'm still somewhat surprised that she detransined. I have yet to watch that interview but I don't think she was being dramatic. I think she really was feeling that bad but miss diagnosed the reason.

When you are feeling actually depressed transitioning can help although it's honestly more of a plasibo effect than anything else. It gives an explanations to your feelings and plan of action that has multiple small steps to achieve. You are no longer aimless. Generally just having something to do and something else to think is helpful in of itself but idea that there is cure and hope is uplifting. If you have been lonely and have struggled to make connections this gives you ticket to community that's know to love bomb. Of course these good feelings won't last forever but for a time it can really seem like the answer.

Eh in my experience Texan woman are sometimes dressed provocatively, probably on par with LA. It might be more common to just wear a bikini top and shorts in LA but Texas has lots of tight shorts and belly shirts. This is in cities in TX, not necessarily anywhere rural or suburban.
They’d be more accepting of their dress than say, NYC or Minneapolis

In response to the new video - where Blaire read the death threats she has received from SJW trannies = I was reminded of this thread I had archived from an angry SJW troon tweeting about Blaire, I meant to post this at the time but never got around to. I think this is very representative of the rage and #butthurt these SJW trannies feel towards Blaire:

It's extremely disruptive. The contrapoints tweets about non-binary ppl thing is in community. It has nothing to do with the alt right. But any disagreement of any kind btwn queers in public is subject to this effect where the bigger it grows, eventually the alt right attacks.

By in community, I mean that contra is queer, and the people commenting on what she said are queer, and the whole matter is a queer community one. It's internal. It concerns queers. And because of the internet and just, network effect, eventually the alt right gets involved.

Which sucks because it affects /everyone/ involved. Because now stuff has to be weighed against attacks by these fucking pirahanas circling everyone waiting for a chance to latch onto whoever is wounded and gets shoved too close to the water.

Also, this person seems to consider trans issues as being part of queer issues. They're not the same. Queer is sexuality, gender is gender. They may interact but they are not the same.

Re her video, I found it amusing how many haters (cherry picked admittedly) assumed she was cis. Apparently HSTS aren't real trans people and the only real trans people are non-passing AGP activists.

Side note, I would love a poll in this thread for who is here because they quite like her and who is here because they consider her a lolcow. I admit while she's a bit of a snowflake I'm in the first camp.

I don't like Blaire's politics but I do like Blaire's content a lot, it's very funny and informative. She's a lolcow but a self-aware one.

Back before I began watching Blaire and other more centrist trannies on Youtube, I thought all transpeople had turned into SJW cult members and I thought many of them in the social media were total kooks, unlike the trans people who I had grown up who were very quiet and the very opposite of the argumentative/combative you see today. Thanks to Blaire's videos I realized that the problem nowadays is not with transpeople, but that there is a hard core of "transtrenders" who do not have gender dysphoria at all, and are just a bunch of narcissistic control freaks who hijacked the trans community because it was easy to do so and they only want to police the trans community and their trans allies in the larger LGBT movement by dictating to people what to think, how to behave, how to talk, etc, total speech and thought policing with group of wannabe authoritarians. When I learned the difference I realized that SJW posterboy trannies like ContraPoints/Nyk was just another transtrender without gender dysphoria LARPing at being trans to hijack trans politics for his own personal gain in order to excert control over others through emotional blackmail. The mere fact that Nyk/ContraPoints is attacking a respected/passing/accepted/integrated trans person like Blaire shows that he doesn't give a fuck about how trans people are actually perceived by society and only cares about making himself notorious for being The Dude Gurl Who Stood Up To Big Bad Racist Blaire dissing another transwoman just to raise Patreon money for his transition. No transperson anywhere ever will gain anything from ContraPoints/Nyk being an irresponsible ass drunken addict online, only Nyk gains from that. And fuck all you people who say Blaire White is just an uncle tom, Blaire has done more for trans acceptance than Nyk ever will with his drunken Livestreams and stupid rambling videos.

She's great! And who is perfect/wants to be? I dont think Blaire deep down thinks shes better than people...she just sees absolute troonery and is not okay with it. Her 1 hour interview with Jessica Yaniv is the greatest thing on the Internet in terms of lolcow drama. And realistically...anyone with a buttload of personality but lacking financial backing (aka Handlers) is going to be a lolcow by nature.

But lolcows are way better than hollywood celebs. Healthier for our society too imo

My thing with Blaire is that I did like him back when he first started YouTube. Of course I was drinking the Trans Kool-Aid at the time and I can see through some of his nonsense when I re-watched his old videos but for the most part, because of how the political atmosphere was at the time with the overabundance of SJW culture, I thought he was refreshing. But then came the MAGA hat incident and how he handled it with how I saw that he can be disingenuous. But after watching the Creationist Cat video who did address certain things Blaire got wrong in his videos and it became clear that Blaire didn't read his sources and would just spread misinformation, just could not bother watching his videos anymore.

And then he tries switching to where he is now which drama clout-chasing after he couldn't make anymore money from the political stuff and you learned that he pretty much plagaristed TehMimi on the DahVie Vanity thing as well as taking credit for exposing Jessica Yaniv when a good many women were already writing about and giving warning about him months before Blaire did that livestream,, yeah I just think Blaire White is a disingenuous clout-chaser who thinks he's more important than he really is. So for me, I don't like him or at least what he presents, he just comes across as fake. I do consider him a Lolcow.

I agree. Blaire is whiny, boring and dramatic. Disliking paedophiles is not a personality trait. He only got clout during the early years of his channel by pretending to be a hot conservative babe against feminism which greatly pleased the coomers and Cool Girls. His videos are unenjoyable and repetitive and he clearly has no real views with any depth on things that don't directly affect his ego ("only real trannies have dysphoria!"). He's an attention seeker through and through. If he were not transgender, try to imagine the appeal his channel would have. Practically none.

Bobert also once mocked some woman on Twitter and made a rapey joke towards her, and also made a snide comment about late TERF icon Magdalen Berns' cancer. He has made videos with the recently turned 20y/o Kalvin Garrah sniggering and squealing at "cringey" people on TikTok like a child, the most recent of which uploaded on Kalvin's channel was deleted presumably because she realised how pathetic they both looked. He once appeared in a livestream with 6 or so other trannies and was hostile to almost all of them for wounding his ego in the past in some way or other, insulting them like a child ("like omg you've got crazy eyes, ew."). He pretends his boyfriend is straight.

Another instance displaying his impulsivity and lack of conviction is when he sobbed on camera about calling Riley Dennis a man after finding out Riley was genuinely medically transitioning, and even started before Bobert. In a later video he continued to mock Riley and called his past crying self a little bitch or something to that effect.
Blaire's appeal is "based tranny who passes at first glance", nothing more. He's so unlikeable otherwise.

And yeah I think Riley Dennis is a borderline rapey creeperton but even I can see that Blaire's apology was not sincere and was totally just a publicity stunt so he could get more views/money because this was around the time when his views started to go down because the whole politics thing was slowly dying and he couldn't monetize his videos anymore.

I disagree with the bit about her personality: it's definitely her biggest asset and I find that it shines through when her content is more on the funny/entertaining side. Some examples:



I think that she should fully transition to a vlog type of channel with the occasional skit, but I doubt that she will.
