The gaming confessional box - all your sins and lies will find you out

It gave me Dead Rising vibes just from looking at it as well, but I sadly never got around to playing, I would also love for it to get a re-release.

Was there anything under there? When I was a kid I would position the camera while paused up Peach's skirt in Smash Bros Melee and she actually had pink, lacy panties.

Lollipop Chainsaw is a decent enough game, but is a bit clunkier than I'd like it to be. Still, it has a sexy cheerleader carving up zombies, so that's a big plus in its favor.

As for Smash Panties, they no longer have them. It's now a black void when you try to look up there.

I feel like the reason why I can never remember the names of songs and bands nowadays is because I filled by brain with so much fucking Pokemon knowledge as a kid that theres no space left. I can't tell you who made Highway To Hell but I can tell you what level Shuppet evolves, what moves it learns and the best movesets for it pre and post Physical/Special Split.

I am terrible at fighting games, not just "oh, you just need practice" nor "oh, everyone sucks at first", i mean i am seriously a cripple for that specific genre and i cannot play well and i could never play well no matter what. Its just not an skill that is possible for my brain to develop. I literally had spent weeks practicing a game just to have some random dude who is playing it for the first time button mash and beat the crap out of my 10 rounds in a row. I am literally that bad.

It really sucks because thats a really cool genre to get into and the autistic community since like a comfy one for older gamers who don't enjoy most new things, i even enjoy the competitive spirit and banter but i am perpetually cockblocked from those games, an 8 yr old could beat me in Street Fighter, if i could not even win an online match ever in relatively easier games like Tekken, Soul Calibur or DoA much less of 2d fighters.

I think Baldur's Gate and all the CRPGs using the same engine are really overrated.
i don't like a single western rpg and i probably never will, westerners can't rpg.

If you're talking danmaku games, they're more about navigating through mazes of bullets than aiming at your target. Try paying full attention to dodging instead of whatever the enemies are doing.

I'm talking about more "classic" smups, stuff like Gradius, Life force or R-Type, granted, those aren't exactly the most "accesible" games in the genre, but when i can't beat something as basic as Solar Striker on the Game Boy

That pretty much destroys my self esteem :heart-empty:

I'm pretty bad at fighting games too despite playing them for years, I can either never remember the combos in the heat of the moment or just can't seem to get the rhythm down, I hit the buttons but they just don't happen.

That said I'm not too, too bad, I'm not a total button masher, I'm just no good at the combos.

There was a brief moment in my life where I was entirely decent at Street Fighter 3 3rd Strike with Dudley. Not anymore of course, the internet proved that wrong....but there was an arcade about an hr from me that closed down, but before it did, I was the highest ranked 3rd Strike player there.

I feel pride in that.

I played Soma once and did this
(Commentary’s not me I just don’t have footage of it on hand)

I keep meaning to go back and play Or Die Trying but I'm too old and lazy to learn the archaic controls again. Guess I'll just have to be content with hazy memories of hacking a pigman's arms and one leg off, then kiting until he walks into a trap.

I might have completely broken the Xbox One X I bought off eBay, but I returned it for a refund anyway.
When I got it, I turned it on and started to play a few games and it sounded like a jet engine. I had ruined the box opening it since I wasn't expecting to have return it. So I'd need to buy a box, pay return shipping and wait several days for another one. I knew what the problem was; the early Scorpio editions had issues with bad thermal paste so I decided to just replace it myself.

I went to a local computer store and bought some thermal paste. Got home, removed the dry stuff put on in the factory and applied some new thermal paste. I buttoned it back up, turned it on... and nothing. It powered on but there was no signal on the HDMI out. So then I took it to a local console repair shop and a few days later they said the problem was on the motherboard but that's all they could tell me.

I got another box and returned that shit faster than you can say Jack Robinson. When I printed my return label it turned out I didn't have to pay return shipping after all! In my defense, the listing said it was refurbished. If you sell a product as refurbished and it's not and it gets ruined as a result of the buyer trying to fix, that's on the seller for not holding up their end of the contract in the first place by actually refurbing the damn thing.

The people at the computer store had asked me what I needed the thermal paste for and I told them a console. But I suspect, although I can't prove it, that the paste they sold me was not non-conductive, and that's what messed up the motherboard.

The repair shop includes the diagnostic fee in the repair cost if they can fix it. If not, they give you a $50 store credit. I used that store credit towards Need For Speed Heat. So I only really paid $10 plus tax for the game which is good, because I'd have been really pissed off if I bought that game full price.

As awful as that game is, that is not a sin.
If I'm being completely honest, 12 is my favourite FF after Tactics, and my third favourite square title after Vagrant Story. I just don't like randomised encounters completely killing the pace of gameplay. I'm willing to make a pass for SMT, but that's because, unlike in almost every other rpg series with turn-based combat, random encounters in regular SMT titles are actually difficult.

back on topic, I used an AR cartridge to give myself event legendaries in gen. 4 of pokemon. I don't view it as a sin now, seeing how bad the pokemon company has become, but it was definitely bad when I was a child.

I've spent about $50 on the free to play "Gems of war" but only to get a rare achievement unlocked.
I still suck for doing it, but nowhere near dsp level foolishness.

Im still playing Fallout 76. It's a buggy nightmare. The wait for Cyberpunk has been so much longer than anticipated.

I was once a complete slave to my Insatiable Rockstar Games Obsession, I Brought GTA 5 thrice, pre ordered the collectors edition on Ps3, back In 2013, with additional merch, again on PS4 for Its launch in 2014, And again on Steam In mid 2015 on a whim I couldn't resist being sucked Into the seemingly limitless well of heists and content the game provides. Not so much today, but I was pretty much in Shut-In mode with the amount of hours I pour into the sandbox genre.

Also I unironically love Sonic game OSTs, to the point of having a hundred of tracks on my spotify,, sorry Im a degenerate :(😔🕹
