Cluster B is one hell of a drug.
Seeing as we're going all pseudo-psych, let's have at it a bit more.
Cluster B personality disorders don't just contain the more well known Narcissistic and BPD (Borderline) types, they also contain the ASP (Antisocial) and Histrionic types. Of the ten major personality disorder types, they contain the majority of them with these four.
As with lots of things in psych (including things like autism) these things exist on a spectrum. With point 1 at one end of the scale being barely noticable to point 10 being full on fucking raging. Most people are somewhere in the middle. They are also commonly co-morbid with other disorders. These things don't exist in a vacuum.
It's often debated which is the most disruptive or most painful cluster to belong to. But that's all well and good, when you look at some of the hard facts and see something like 80 fucking percent of all prisoners locked up are on the spectrum for ASP - Antisocial personality disorder. IIRC.
Now, why would such disruptive and seemingly dissimilar personality disorders be contained within the same diagnostic cluster? Mmmmm... maybe it's because of the havoc they wreak among their immediate family, friends, and general society as a whole. I don't have the figures, but Histrionic is probably the least destructive. I might be wrong about that. Narcs can and do wreak absolute havoc among the populace. And ASP (Antisocial personality disorder) is almost another name for 'criminal'. There is a reason why these people are clustered together in the diagnostic manuals.
They all have many traits in common though. They are definitely the most disruptive to society as a whole. Cluster A types like Schizoids just avoid everyone and make a point of not breaking the law because they can not stand to be in an environment where someone else has control. So they fucking behave themselves and are often model citizens. Think lighthouse keepers, military personnel who do night shifts in a locked room with only 1 or 2 people at most.
Cluster C can contain the avoidant types who are highly neurotic. And these people just don't court controversy or conflict - they actively and I mean actively fucking avoid it. I'm generalising here.
So Cluster B are the prisoners locked in cells (ASP) and the captains of industry (NPD) at both ends of the scale. BPD is that crazy bitch g/f of yours that fucks like a demon but also then calls the cops to say you've been beating her, which you have, because she asked for it. And even if you didn't, she'll beat herself to prove you did. The more you love her, the more she hates you because she fears abandonment more than anything else. So if you love her she fears losing you more. Beat her though and she's in familiar territory. This is why BPD seek out other abusers.
Phew. Good job I'm not a psych prof for sure.
If you were to break antifa and the like down, it would be mainly Cluster B types causing this havoc. The ASP types would be our boy that just got shot who pretended to be ex-mil. And also that would include other 'security' like Marquise Love. They display narc traits being on the Cluster B line, but really they are more ASP (anti-social) than anything. Lacking all empathy. Unable to know right from wrong. Actual real life violent criminals, even if they don't look the part of the bad biker with tatts.
The generals that direct from the back are also on this Cluster B line, but tend to be more cold detached narc types. They can wait and plan and not get caught up in the hot-headedness of it all. Talking of hot-heads. Our boy Rosenbaum the child rapist would also be a Cluster B type for sure. Both ASP because of his lack of empathy and plain criminality, but also a narc because he couldn't see further than his nose/dick, and at the same time displaying that other rarer trait of being Histrionic: Shoot me nigga!
Then you just have the full on Histrionic types that shout from the front lines and are meant to do nothing but cause a distraction and make up numbers. Shrieking harpies. Probably a few BPD bitches in there too (BPD presents more in females). Sometimes now even being parallel diagnosed with 'Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder' - it pretty much the same thing.
If you had a Cluster A personality disorder you wouldn't really be at these protests. Maybe a few Cluster C. Say if you had Co-dependency problems you may go there if your overbearing b/f, g/f said that you should go or else...
Be thankful I am not your psych.
Yours,
Dr. Lecter!
