I've discussed this ad nauseam, but let's examine something.
First, there was a confrontation between the militia boys and BLM/Antifa protesters in/near a gas station. During this time the rioters were pushing a literally burning dumpster down the street. A militia dude runs up and shoots it with a fire extinguisher, since, you know, they're in a fucking gas station.
Rosenbaum is seen being belligerent with the militia guys, and is seen particularly mad at this one dude with a green shirt (not Kyle).
Sometime later, Kyle is somehow separated from the group and is getting chased by Rosenbaum, who I honestly believe thought he was the first greenshirt guy. He throws a weighted bag at Kyle. Now, at this point, if Kyle had turned and shot him, his self defense claim would be very weak since a reasonable person probably wouldn't think some 5.56 to the chest was proper response to a thrown bag.
However, he chases and eventually corners Kyle. An eyewitness says Rosenbaum lunged for Kyles gun, which is something you just don't fucking do. If you try to grab someone's gun, the gun holder is now in reasonable fear for their life, because they don't know if you're going to take and shoot them with their own gun, or simply knock it away and beat them to death. And you have to remember, Ronsembaum was being very aggressive leading up to the shooting .Kyle gats Rosenbaum in the dick (and several other places). He hangs around at the scene, which is what you're supposed to do in a defensive shooting, but fucks off once he sees the mob.
He's chased down the street and hit multiple times. He falls. Wisconsin isn't a duty to retreat state, but even if it was, when you're on the ground, you literally can't retreat. Jump kick guy comes in and nails Kyle in the head, Kyle shoots but misses. Amusingly, the guy looks black so it's a good thing he missed or we'd have another month of riots.
Huber comes in, clocks Kyle in the head with the edge of his skateboard. He then has the galaxy brained move to try to snatch Kyle's gun by grabbing it by the muzzle... and pointing it directly at him. Same argument as Rosenbaum: don't take someone's gun. Huber takes a 5.56 to the heart, falls to the ground, shits himself, and dies.
During this time a dude is getting a gay blowjob and doesn't give a shit.
Grosskreutz comes in, Glock in hand, but stop once he sees Huber get shot. He puts his hands in a surrender position. Once Kyle looks away, he tries to move in on an angle while raising his gun. Kyle is wise to this motherfucker, turns Grosskreutz's arm into pink mist, and renames him to Gaige "Lefty" Grosskreutz. See my avatar. That puff you see isn't gun smoke, it's a man's arm getting deleted.
Kyle then tries to turn himself into police, which is, again, another thing you do when in a defensive shooting. The police ignore him.
I don't know how can you see this and not say every single one of those shootings was justifiable self defense

So a nobody that claims to be somewhat important and famous with a perjury as his greatest feat has claimed that he made more money than Vic, which before&after Corochan always made quite the sum at cons and always brought bigger numbers of attendees.
