Just compare the amount of regular guests the show had two years ago compared to now. Madcucks, Denzel, Asterios/Sriracha, any news babes, etc. One of my favorite bits was the Madame Nash/Adam P'nache calls that Asterios did, but nothing that funny has happened since.
It's just become so dry that if no guests are on the show is a big snorefest.

And now the show is relegated to a fat fucking hillbilly living in his meth trailer, a degenerate otaku that desperately wants to fuck kids with his lady cock, a fucking nobody with dumbass opinions that can be swayed by Dax's dick, a runaway furry artist and her handicapped boyfriend.
I was already starting to see the writing on the walls that I should bail on listening once I saw myself continuously skipping through segments where Ethan/Vito talk, because NEITHER OF THEM ARE FUNNY OR ENTERTAINING. JUST. SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP. At least with the last time I listened to Digi on the podcast, I got a good laugh at his stupid fucking personality chart OC that classified his as a tranny.

Oh God, that personality chart. I remember being absolutely astounded that they weren't laughing Digipedo off of the call with that half-baked thesis of his.
In fact, now that I am looking back at all the times the show made me cringe as a whole and not individually, I realize that the show really has been just awful for a long time.

I think part of the reason we all stay listening to these shows so long is that we are spoiled for choice and the second they start saying something really shitty it's easy to switch over to another balding alcoholic that might actually be saying something funny at that second. After that it's kinda hard to remember.
Plus I think with The Dick Show a lot of the scummy shit like the mint salad thing and artist revolt was kinda insider baseball and casual viewers are gonna skip over that and not give it a second thought. Just my two cents mostly based on why I watched the killstream for so long. For the longest time I was all like "I don't want to know who you are just make with the funny" but these dorks kept just shoving it in my face.
It gave dax the excuse to talk about himself and have others talk about him for an hour. I actually immensely enjoyed that segment for how fucking bizarre it was. Almost every person on the chart got related back to either dick, ralph or sean IIRC.
You're absolutely right they should have laughed him out but they didn't and I think that's what caught my attention. Watching digi this worm of a person go to these lengths to ingratiate himself to dax was so utterly nakedly pathetic it was mindboggling when dax and co just accepted it as praise and not a varnish of shit. This person should be dax's court fool, he should be the guy that malcontents throw tomatoes at. Why is dax stepping in front of the tomatoes? Why is the king defending the jester?

TDS peaked right around the Cuckmas Carols and Madcucks era, which was 2016-2017. It stagnated from there through the lolsuit, started to get boring after the lolsuit and has been a dumpster fire this year since the MintSalad thing, which was this January.

I hardly know anything about Boogie, besides watching a couple commentary videos about him over a year ago, and seeing his name come up in other eceleb discussion, but even I remember that he's said he was a child-abuse victim. I just noticed the contrast between the old show clip vs the modern one, why is Dick's podcast-basement background just a black void now? I'm unsure what outing Had as gay has to do with anything. If true who the fuck cares. If false why use it as a reason to disregard everything Had says as a lie? As far as the Jessie Drama and his patreon banning, there is a lot there and some of the dumb stuff was Jessie's fault but Dax 100% encouraged people to get Jessie deplatformed and go after Maddox's sponsors. The events as I remember them.
- Fans of the old show began lashing out at Maddox because Maddox acted like an idiot refusing to say ANYTHING about why the show they all loved ended and Dax slowly dropped a little info here and there.
- Jessie began trolling fans of TDS. There was a time his fans were calling facebook group employers showing the employers the dumb shit they were saying online publicly. Argue if you want over Jessie and his fans being f-slurs over this, argue TDS facebook people were idiots cause they had all their info publicly available and were admitting to doing and saying really stupid shit online and should of protected themselves better I'm just recalling to the best of my memory.
- One of those people fucked with was Joel Chaco. This was Dick's first booker who ended up cutting ties with Dax because Dax didn't wanna pay his booker (yet will pay Riley). Nick & Dick helped Joel with some of the stuff that was happening that was unspecified.
- Dax begins going after Maddox's sponsors and shitting on them on the show. It's debatable if this is lynch mobbing because it was just shit talk and highlighting bad customer experiences and some of those sponsors like Kendal and Hyde and Little Platnum Books were doing shady things.
- Madcucks comes into existence and drops one or two videos. Fans encourage Madcucks to start a patreon, and Jessie started a fake one to screw with the Facebook and TDS fanbase.
- The patreon gets removed for being fake and gay, and eventually Jessie starts his own which stays up for a while.
- Jessie kept going after people who associate with TDS. Eventually Jessie calls Denzel of "Real Nerd Hours" the N-word you never want to call a black person (no not Neighbor you racist. The other one). Jessie and Denzel work it out privately, Jessie pretends to be all non appologie. Denzel says privately Jessie did appologize and while this crap wasn't cool, it's not that big a deal because he'd rather just let it go than get dragged into dumb drama (holy crap I just realized Dax Herrera was using his black friend as a human shield)
- Joel Chaco who had a personal grudge against Jessie goes after Maddox's Patreon for this (and presumably Jessie's). Maddox spergs.
- Joel is invited as a guest on TDS and praised for this in the video that has been shared around here.
- After this Jessie has his patreon removed and Maddox loses his sponsors. There was a whole period of time TDS made fun of Maddox for claiming "this episode was brought to you by our own bonus episode" or "This episode brought to you by our own Amazon link" as Maddox not having any sponsors.
- Dax specifically talks about Maddox's Amazon affiliate link because Maddox broke some rules and tells fans that it is reportable then covers on the show when Maddox has an issue with the affiliate link.
- Jessie has one more Patreon stunt where he pretended to be some black comedian who lost his kids, then he just quit with patreon and started the pizza fund.
- There is one more incident and it has been deleted. Jessie apparently tried to get a job in marketing or something and Asterios came across his application. Some throw away account posed Jessies application on the TDS subreddit. Jessie won't specify much more on what happened (atleast that I am aware of) but as far I can speculate, Asterios and Dax worked together to get him black balled and spread the non-Neighbor word slur clip to any and all connections they had? I'm not 100% on this, asking Jessie might be best. I know Jessie has said that Dax personally contacted sponsors.
-Jessie (or his fans) screwed with Dax by sending the people who were in charge of the Pizza hut commercial the "imagine" video that Dax has and quotes Mel Gibson but censors the n-slur. This got the commercial pulled and Dax used it as a victim cry to raise more patreon money.
- When NP2 came into existence Jessie very publicly asked for one on day one to prove that it wasn't a free speech platform and they would not allow him on it.
Dax will try and maintain plausible deniablity that he never TOLD people to do these things. Of course, if he knew you did it he'd cover it on the show and bring you on as a guest. It's a symantics argument. This is a similar semantics argument to when EZPZ said Jessie was a sex offender who sends revenge porn and Jessie threatened to sue if there was no retraction because Jessie has not been convicted of a sex crime and only threatened to send porn of the fan to her parents if she refused to get the tattoo on air.
Jessie does maintain that Dax did personally contact people in order to cause issues. Even without proof, anyone with 2 working braincells knows damn well what Dax was doing and that Dax Herrera did actively promote going after Madcast media and anyone associated with it. There are even episodes of TDS when Dax tries to sperg out and convince people Rucka Rucka Ali is also just as responsible as everyone else because he associates with them, something Sean fought back on every time.
Of course by those standards, Dax doesn't have 100% proof that Jessie and Maddox did any of the shit that he claimed they were doing outside of what is admitted to in the court documents. Also according to Dax logic you can't trust anything Jessie says and has admitted to false things in the past to get attention so you can't even trust what Jessie has admitted to.

Holy crap I almost forgot about this. After Dax got wrecked by Destiny, Digibro went to defend daddy Dax and also gets his shit pushed in. It's a great insight into the confirmation Bias of a Dick-head, but Destiny briefly mentions that his fans were getting banned from the TDS reddit after they started fucking with Dax fans.
