Well it doesn't match CNN's font or formatting, either. CNN's website doesn't really look like that, and unless anyone has any archives of this story--which shouldn't have vanished completely in the span of just an hour or two of it supposedly being posted--I don't think that there was ever anything to archive in the first place.
It doesn't help that Biden wasn't in Pennsylvania yesterday, nor does it help that the picture this "article" is using is from his speech in Delaware in mid-March.
