It's almost impossible to fully cut a teenagers from internet becouse everyone has at least a smartphone but also it's impractical. Everything from basic schoolwork, most forms of entertainment and keeping in touch with IRL people tends happen trough internet. Best way tends to be make them have offline time. This can take many form so for example no phones at table during dinner, team sports or playing boardgames. Generally just make point that they spend time with people right there.
You don't have to cut them from the internet completely, just block specific sites. They don't need Reddit for example, which is one the biggest communities for these people. And almost every router lets you blacklist specific websites.
Blocking websites like Reddit may not be a 100% guarantee she won't get groomed by these people, but at the very least the chance goes down considerably.
