It's a little disingenuous. As it equates a 1 or 2 night event in a largely commercial district covering a few small blocks in a city with the shit going on in Portland or Seattle. What outsiders don't always grasp is most of this is happening in places where the leftists already have political power and inserted favorable Prosecutors in the 2018 elections. (yeah no pre-planning there, nope nope nope). Most of America is not that, and stepped on any disturbances long before they got out of hand. Generally day 1.

Do we have confirmation that he was a prohibited person (i.e. not allowed to possess a firearm)? I read somewhere else that it depends on whether he was ajudicated guilty on his burglary charge or pled down to one of the misdemeanors and I never found which was the case.
