I've reported that on Know Your Meme, and I got a ban including a forced Internet ban. I am sure that any computer infection will include this message.
I've made an edit relating to him on Wikipedia, but got reverted. By Koncorde. I've heard at least one user who wants to murder Koncorde for free, FWIW.
JustARandommer's statements are the ones read by Mom last May. That's what I got the 1-week Internet ban. And Daddy seems to be prepared to remove me from the Internet. Koncorde is happy. Trump is happy. Putin is happy.

The necessarily episodic nature of a TV show would stretch the book out excessively, leading to the inclusion of new, rubbish scenes and unwonted "charachter development". It's easy to forget that the book is only 200 or so pages long, and it's almost set up like a screenplay already. I think that there was plenty of room for the book in a 2 or 2.5 hour movie. The problem is that Christian Rivers was a special effects artist before making the movie. The special effects were great, but Mr. Rivers didn't have the self-restraint to stop himself meddling with the story as well, even though he wasn't talented enough to come up with better story elements. In other words, he "was so busy wondering whether or not he could, he didn't stop to think if he should". I think that if it had actually been directed by Peter Jackson, with Christian Rivers as head effects artist, it would have been a far better movie.
