I'll try a bit of criticism here.
First off in the first two panels there's no dog collar on the character but in the next few after the third there is. But no clue as to where the fuck it even came from.
And wow nice hooves.... or are those girl shoes? As for the second page really gettin' that nice mentally deranged autis style. Very bargain bin Cartoon Network like.
I'd say the child like peen is accurate to Aggy's actual peen from past archives I've seen.
From I can see these new clothes being thrown on look like your typical school uniform. They usually have hair length requirements too with those kinda dress codes. God forbid the fucking troon be told to follow a fucking dress code for school though.

Okay so I do have to say, while I despise this sort of ugly-ass tumblr-y super deformed style this weirdo IS decently proficient at comics; they know how to put together a fairly coherent panel layout and move a story along, and they do it in b/w line style without spot blacks without it being totally anemic. So props to them on that.

THAT SAID, since they're using such a deformed style there are places where it's limiting just because you can't do wierd crops or extreme angles and still have it be recognizable what the fuck you're supposed to be looking at. The second panel (closeup shot of that wierd... creature, idk what the fuck it is) took me way too long to figure out that it WAS the same creature because they completely changed the proportions and those stupid (antlers?) Looked like little wierd grabby arms. Same sort of issue on the panel with the hair being cut, that wierd way of drawing the bangs like a 3 someone drew directly on the forehead is confusing as fuck and made me stare at it trying to figure out what the fuck sort of angle the head was at because I thought it was like, an ear or something. Stylization can be awesome if it works but here it's just confusing. See also how they've stylized their anatomy shorthand three different ways with the same character over the course of the comic (they've got popeye arms for most of it, balls for hands when falling down, and noodle limbs with no hands at all at the end). One for regular and one for 'zoom out/comedic effect chibi' would be fine, but again, when it's already confusing consistency would help a lot.

Also they don't know how to spell handsome, apparently.

Also this person's creepy fetishy style and content are both the most cursed goddamn thing I've ever seen and I feel like I need to scrub both my phone and my eyeballs in bleach and then personally apologize to God and also Jesus every time I see this thread, so there's that too.

I think Aggy's put his filth fetish into this comic too albeit more subtly. Look at the panel where the mom is brushing the troon's teeth - why would she do that unless her son's dental hygiene was bad enough to make her intervene?

If this is based off of Aggy's experience with abuse, then I think I'm figuring out what happened. Aggy trooned out, stopped taking care of himself because it gave him a boner (or perhaps didn't take care of himself in the first place), and his mom tried to show him that he needs to care for himself because it affects him and those around him. Aggy was then possibly influenced by the troon community to interpret this as abuse rather than his mom trying to drill some sense into him.

I know we're meant to side with the troon sister here but he honestly comes off as pushy in a similar way to the mom.

It's a shame as @The Un-Clit says. If Aggy didn't make this to jack off to and wanted to make a cohesive horror comic about some poor kid who's being pressured by his mom and his older sibling to be the things they want him to be, it could've been a really interesting (for the right reasons) comic.

When you put it all together it's the story of one young boy who feels like his distant mother doesn't truly love him or respect what he likes. So he takes refuge at his older trans sister's who's already left the house, who grooms him into taking erotic photos, with plush toys and girly clothes, to post on the internet. He gets told by the sister that he's loved by a lot of strangers on the internet, and that fills the void his mother left. Eventually he wants to emulate his sister and go trans, which the sister obviously LOVES and pushes him to do so, even if he doesn't fully understand the consequences. So he thinks his only choice is to be mom's perfect little proper boy or big sis's trans little porn actress. Whew!

Yeah, Aggy needs psychological help stat.

From what I see the Leeches could possibly be a manifestation of how Troon Sister and Protag's true feelings about being troons and what they think about their Mother. It would be fitting if that were the case - because that's what the troon community tend to do to isn't it? They latch onto someone and then drain them of everything they used to be and turn them into emotionally unstable people who can end up wanting to fuck kids and other degeneracy. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Aggy's mom or someone told him something like: "Don't you see they're leeching off of you?" in an attempt to get Aggy to see that the toxic people in his life were grooming him and that's where he got the idea for them.

Not only have women fought very hard to be recognized as even on a similar intellectual playing field as men, but women with pervasive cognition disorders get the absolute shit end of the stick. I can think of several developmental conditions that were, up until recently, considered “male” disorders because of the difference in symptom appearance.
