This is where the Bitcoin-stupid comes into play. The delinquent tax situation is clearly a nightmare in and of itself. Add the co-mingling of personal and corporate assets and two messy divorces to make it worse. Jeffrey lucked into his money and so doesn't have the common sense or education to realize these things.
Wasn't Lowtax offered half a million or something like that for the site at one point when it and ebaumsworld were battling it out for supremacy?
