It's been gone over a bunch already since so won't dwell on it but the fact that Ty couldn't have just said "KamehaCon," the one contract everyone knows for fact they fucked with, was a major red flag. The fact that he couldn't just reel any con off the top of his head makes me think he didn't actually check into these things.

Regardless of whether Ty needed to show those things at that point, his answer was telling that he was just coasting, and I'm not going to go as far as to say he's incompetent but he definitely got drunk on huffing his farts and new found hero worship

If Vic could be the spokesmen for Popeyes, can you imagine the shitstorm KV would get from all the millions who love that chicken sandwich. Messing with that chicken sandwich got a few people killed.

They were prepared to show only what was needed to pass TCPA, you don't show all your cards that early in any case. Everyone was thrown for a loop when Chupp made it a summary judgement.

According to the "brilliant" minds of LawTwitter, multiple people were sharing the account to sperg out. While I think that could have been the case, I doubt it was anymore than 2-3 of them and Katherine was definitely the main person on it.
