California and Oregon are dealing with fires and windstorms, this is probably why almost no one over there is outside right now. I'm not sure why no one is rioting in other parts of the US, though.

They also seem to be attacking any streamers or non-antifa "press". So it is likely a combo of it being hot as fuck, the feds finally doing something in addition to the previous stated.

A mixture of fear, supply lines being cut, and the biggest supporters pulling back now that its become politically hazardous.

That only worked because Canadians don't know or care what their government does unless it directly affects them. Our media mainly exists to mock America to cultivate a sense of superiority and rebroadcast British stuff, that's how we re-elected Trudeau after SNC-Lavalin. Hardly anyone here talks about Canadian politics because American stuff is more "interesting", myself included.

I have heard tell the livestream that provides context was on instagram but I haven't found it yet.

Edit: It also occurs to me that it was featured on Woke live, that's how my multistreamer was viewing it, because insta wasn't working with their software.

I can only speak for myself but a lot of my BLM supporting casual social media acquaintances are back in college and figuring out that online classes take a lot more personal discipline and planning. They're now freaking out that they're really behind and that being able to easily cheat on online tests won't save them from being behind on reading and late projects/papers. Plus shit is getting real with people actually getting arrested, their parent will kill them if that happens and they can't have criminal stuff on their police records if they wanna land a good job.

Probably more to do with them setting their own on fire the other night than anything, since they were relatively quiet last nigh too. I imagine they're going to lay low for a few days to give their fishbrained supportive zombies time to forget.

It's funny, I remember reading that a sheriff in one of the CA counties (Santa Clara maybe?) was arrested for apparent bribery. The story was that she was issuing CCWs (CA is a shall-issue state) to donaters at a far higher rate than people who didn't donate.

So I subjected myself to it. Taki is the mouthy racist sheboon who gets arrested first, and TK is it's boyfriend or whatever. No vid of TK getting the skull fracture, unfortunately. It was hilarious watching it jump up and down threatening to rape the cops' daughters and then quickly turn into a sobbing mess before running away and apparently getting it's monkey skull smashed.
