It fucks with people who actually have serious mental disorders in a couple ways. One, it fucks with people with mental disorders...they look at people going "uwu my life is so good!", then wonder why the fuck it is they're suffering, if that makes any sense.

Two, it encourages people with actual mental disorders to avoid seeking treatment. There are some disorders that are notorious for resisting treatment, and the last thing you want to do is fuel that idea.

In reference to the appearance because, despite their protestation to the contrary, tumblr is a site full of slightly nerdy cis white girls. And those are the things many slightly nerdy cis white girls like.
