the thing is ralph isnt going to listen, maybe she is to blame for how he turned out i dont know his childhood, but right now ralph is so stubborn hes "its nawt trooing" his own mother who can barely convince him not to let her die. youre "allowed" to tell ralph something once, hell pretend to consider it and get belligerent and fuck with you if you persist two or gunty forbid three times. hes one hundred percent the type to say "ima grown man ma you can tell me shit, eat a cock!" while never having moved out of her house. i dunno i just dont really see the need to have the corpse reliant on ralph to not perish unless its to get her out of the hostage situation she's in. I might be missing something and if she does know about this then i guess she could have messaged the Vickers
Eh, I disagree, Ralph didn't become that way overnight, he has obviously zero respect for her mother and that doesn't just happen, it's the way he was raised.
Like i said, she used to have friends who cared for her and she's probably let her son isolate her from the rest of the world because he doesn't want anyone coming into 'his' house.
Also, I don't think any actual pictures of her have been doxed, and from the recording she doesn't sound like someone who's on the verge of dying. Obviously people need a ride back home from dialysis, but I don't buy the image that she's this walking corpse on the verge of collapse.
I just can't excuse the fact that Ralph is the monster he is, partly because of her and that she is willfully looking away when it comes to Faith. She should grow a spine, while I do not wish her any ill, I do not have sympathy for the situation she is in with Ralph.
However, I do agree that he would never listen, still that doesn't mean she shouldn't try or that she gets off without any blame.
Nora was quite young when they got married, and I believe she was underage when they started talking (?). So it's no surprise that she doesn't even react when his son shacks up with a child.
Anyway, I'll stop going off on a tangent about his mom, I just can't understand how a parent could just pretend everything is fine with all the shit they are in.
To me it seems more like it's a pattern. Really gets behind someone, finds something about them he deems hypocritical and possibly feels worked or something. For example, JMK was pro PPP and Godwinson when they were attacking Dick Masterson, then he heard about how they had sort of made up with Josh and how PPP isn't 100% pure because of the starfish and he will have beer and weed. He wants a perfect messenger. Not sure it's a blackmail thing so much as looking like he is supporting the enemy of his current enemy.
All for attention, it seems he tries to befriend someone and join their group but when that doesn't happen he attacks them instead. It's the most desperate tactic to become an e-celeb, but at the same time, it's sort of working? He probably has never had this much attention before.
I disagree. Ethan's grift is nothing compared to Destiny's grift, I'll bet he barely knows a thing. I doubt he pays attention to these people, and if he does I doubt he checks any KF thread other than his own.
Even if you're right, why would Destiny ask for more info? To save face preemptively? If he were trying to save face, he wouldn't acknowledge it at all. At the very least, the more he knows the more reason he has to not associate with Ralph in the future. Destiny is a big draw for Ralph. This could hurt him.
Maybe he tried to just let it go for as long as he could but once his audience starts bringing it up and he can't just ignore it anymore and has to address it.
The 'I don't know anything about it' seems like a bullshit excuse, I find it hard to believe he wouldn't have at least seen some reference to it with how often he goes on the KS, maybe he's hoping his audience forgets and if not he can always say he finally read up on it and address it.
I've gotten the impression that destiny (whether consciously or not) does the whole networking/not mess with each other thing since they both benefit from it. Maybe I'm wrong though because I don't know much about him.
