Yeah I think a lot of these people haven't handled an actual fucking skateboard, maybe a K-Mart special but if they're made out of quality parts they're pretty fucking heavy and they're not just gonna snap over someone's head like balsa wood. Trial lawyers are notoriously competitive (there was a study that found they had loads more testosterone than normal, even the women) and trash talk each other all the time. If you can show me a source which has evidence he's comparable to Creep Porn Lawyer I'd like to read it but I seriously doubt he's on the same level of sleaze, embezzlement and thievery as Avenatti, a convicted criminal (although this being 2020 it's possible).

True. One of the things that really bothers me about many social media sites is how much shit gets deleted by the higher ups because someone's opinion was 'offensive' or whatever. Historians are gonna be lacking lots of insight into what people thought because so much 'controversial' shit gets memory-holed. The farms will be a good resource for people looking to evaluate this period of time. Until a massive solar storm wipes all data storage devices or whatever.
