Naturally she'd crawl back home. Mrs. Vickers claims she was told the gunt is terrible to live with. I wish Godwinson had asked more about her drug use and how she could do all that from under her parents' noses, but he probably wants to milk his relationship with both of them before turning heel on both.

Vicker's already has contacts in Richmond PD and has contacted the parole office before. Hopefully he sends this shit straight to the parole office. If it's valid, Ralph will get picked up and go straight back to jail.

This guy is so weird to me, the bio says he's in Japan and mostly tweets about animu shit in moonspeak, but he is also retweeting metokur, responding to Mr Vickers, and knows what the open carry law is in Virginia?

On the one hand there's Vickers threat of going to the cops if Faith wasn't convinced to go back in 48 hours. His previous tweets suggest that Ralph knows what this is in reference to. Ralph is visibly upset during the stream (more than usual) and seems worried.
None of that is concrete, but Godwinson has said that he has an insider in Ralph's inner circle, if true then he might have more information about why Ralph is so worried.

Nothing is going to happen right now (unless Ralph does something stupid which is admittedly very possible), so I will remain optimistic but it's better to wait and see.
Either way, no matter what, this will only escalate, Ralph will do something stupid sooner or later because he can't control himself.
