A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Another clue for MTFs is over-exaggerated feminine behavior. Too much emphasis on walking sexy, too much hair flipping, too much giggling. It's a bit of a fine line though between tranny and airhead.

FTMs are also given away by how short they usually are, and some obese FTMs retain their big ass and hips but gain a beer belly, so that's another tell.

Getting done by a chaser has it's own set of problems. Plus, it wouldn't count in their opinion, because they want an ordinary guy so they can brag about it.

Gay men who transition engage in far worse risky behavior than their "cis" brethren. Their rates of HIV and drug abuse are scores worse than for other gay men, who are already a high-risk category. Setting themselves up to be seriously hurt or killed by an enraged straight man is another way they self-destruct.

And some of it boils down to the fact that they're men. Men aren't as risk averse as women, and they don't fear other men the way women do. Claiming to be terrified of men to gain access to women's shit is a political tactic and doesn't reflect the community's actual experiences or concerns.

Just gonna say that Asians can really pass when they put effort in. An upside to all looking identical for them, and a downside for us. IIRC a little while back a Japanese all-women's e-sports team had to boot one of their members for being a dude, and he wasn't exactly fresh to the team. Pretty sure he even participated in several public events with them and nobody was the wiser until later.

I don't see not being able to troon out as a downside tbh.

Filipina(o) bargirls exist in every alley of the Philippines. They prey heavily on foreigners, especially White men, because the USD is incredibly valuable in that part of the world. Run the conversion rates yourself, and then look into common amenities in the Philippines. You can get drunk for dirt cheap. The difference between most Filipino T-girls and the slogs we are accustomed to making fun of here is that these people put tons of time and effort into their act. These “women” ’are unabashed about their looks and will flaunt them. It works, especially coupled with cheap booze, but the thing is that none of them are post-op, and the more intricate details aren’t divulged until the room is paid for which is a gray area. The question I always ask is whether transgendered “people” should be obligated to divulge their sexuality
Honestly in that case I don't know if it'd be advisable to divulge because I think they'd get beat/killed either way because the person they're trying to trick is a drunk. Bar T-girls should just find another job because dealing with that seems risky as hell. I mean even if he doesn't find out while they're doing it he'd find out the morning afterwards and it'll prob end the same.

Friend hung out with a group of expats in Thailand, or sexpats to be blunt because they were big whore mongers. He asked them how they can tell if a lady is actually a ladyboy, they listed some things like hands and feet, then added that after a while you just don't care plus they do anal.

Sounds strange but look at how the troons demand people should act sexually(plus their obsession with "sex work") and it's pretty close to their utopia.

It stays an utopia until middle age sets in, they start having issues from STDs, or people cite this as an example of LGBT degeneracy.

Ms Clinch — an Australian Army captain who medically transitioned from life as a male to female in 2010 — first came into contact with Ms Rep after the newsreader made online comments about her after International Women's Day in March 2018.

After Ms Clinch complained to the ACT Human Rights Commission about the comments, Ms Rep posted about it on social media, and was subsequently banned from Twitter.

Mediation led to Ms Rep posting an apology on her Facebook page in mid-2018 and paying Ms Clinch $700, but the post attracted 304 comments, many of which were offensive, and some of which were 'liked' by Ms Rep.

Ms Clinch then initiated proceedings for damages under the Discrimination Act, alleging unlawful vilification and victimisation based on gender identity.

Ms Rep, who works for local radio station 2CC, wrote the posts and liked the comments on her personal Facebook page.

Australian TERF Beth Rep told to pay obvious AGP "Bridget Clinch" 10k because his feelings were hurt by her facebook likes.

This makes me want to punch a wall. That Clinch guy is gross, he’s really tall and heavy and likes to stand over women and scream aggressively in their faces. Apparently he ran for actual government there!

Could Clinch have a thread? I know a few people he has hurt or tried to hurt, if he had a thread hopefully they would tell. I can only tell what I saw him do, on one occasion.

Transgender activist Bridget Clinch

A dispute over a post on Canberra radio newsreader Beth Rep's Facebook page was meant to end with an apology to transgender activist Bridget Clinch.

Instead, the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal yesterday found Ms Rep breached discrimination laws when she 'liked' offensive comments on the post, and ordered she pay Ms Clinch $10,000 in compensation.

The tribunal heard Ms Rep, who works for 2CC, had described herself as a radical feminist who believed in resisting what she called aggressive trans activism.

She told the tribunal that while she was supportive of gender non-conformity, she was concerned about the impact of trans activism on women's spaces, services and opportunities.

Ms Rep said the online exchange in March 2018 had become heated after a number of provocative and anti-feminist comments were posted.

She argued she did not invite the comments nor coordinate them, and was not an active participant, other than hitting the 'like' button.

The comments ranged from "Bridget Clinch is a male bully" to "I hate Bridget and I don't even know who he is" and the use of the hashtag #istandwithbeth.

Ms Rep argued that, as she had not written the comments, she had no control over the posts, so could not have vilified nor victimised Ms Clinch.

Further, she said, 'liking' a post only highlighted the comment and did not imply approval of it.

She also suggested to the tribunal that the posts and comments did not rise to a level that could be said to have incited vilification or victimisation.

The tribunal disagreed, finding not only was the respondent just allowing the posts to remain, she was actively stirring the debate and predictably got many more vilifying and victimising posts.

Ms Clinch was also a state candidate for the Queensland Greens in 2017.(Twitter)'Added fuel to a conflict that the apology was supposed to end'
Senior member Bryan Meagher SC accepted that Ms Rep did not immediately know nor expect the apology to gain such a response, but became aware of them soon after posting and chose to leave them there.

"The respondent could have deleted the comments made against the apology. They were rude, offensive and unacceptable," Mr Meagher wrote.

"Once she was aware of the comments and did not remove them, she is responsible for them."

Ms Rep also argued she did not deactivate the comments because it would be censorship, but Mr Meagher dismissed the argument.

"Even if the respondent was not minded to deactivate comments, there was no need to react to them," he wrote.

"It was simply not necessary. To do so unnecessarily added fuel to a conflict that the apology was supposed to end."
In addition to paying compensation, the tribunal told Ms Rep to delete "all posts, statements, information, suggestions or implications" on the matter and refrain from the same or similar posts in future.

This is the future they want in the States. We must do everything we can to stop this from taking hold. Remember to do your part and pump those numbers up!

Going from 41% to 100% seems like a steep climb but we can make it happen!
